Today at 2:00 drive thru cashier was so unprofessional and rude. She messed up my order slammed window her and coworkers got in... a huddle and started talking. I had to tap on window she didn?t have my order correct again. Than when I got there she waschatting with 2 women in drive thru they was out their vehicle talking to her at the window not purchasing anything and wasn?tmoving. This location had no drive thru & shares the parking lot space with a gas station & a McDonald's. I stopped here cos I thought... they had gizzards (only a few in Texas serve them). I was told they don't carry them, so I ordered a chicken meal instead. Thedemeanor of the staff was very nonchalant. Horrible customer service! Person at the register seemed clueless while taking myorder. Long story short, my order was wrong & credit card was charged twice! She didn't give me a receipt either. Don't bothertrying to call them if there's an issue with your order cos they don't answer the phone, EVER! Since I got no answer via phone Ifilled an online complaint with corporate, requesting a phone call. More than one week later, no response at all - no phonecall, no email, absolutely nothing! This location has a lovely nice cashier so this review does not reflect her hard dedicated work. However, there is a staff... member named Julian he's always there. I honestly hate to visit when he's working. But I frequent this area alot during theweek. His energy is so foul ! I can not see him working no where else but church's with his filthy behavior. Where else can heget away with this and still keep a job? His entire Ora is off ! I asked today during my visit why he never wear a mask. I meanthis is food you are handling in close contact with customers. He yelled at me while rolling his neck and told me "I DO NOT HAVETO COME BACK" ! I said what is your name? He stated JULIAN with such force and negativity. He then closed the window in my face.Julian should not be working in customer service nor with the public at all. He lacks proper sense, and courtesy! He looksdisheveled as if he just throws on a church's hat and shirt then show up for work out of bed. His funky attitude makes it evenworse.. Walking in the door the establishing AC system does not work it was hotter inside than it was outside today. The customer... service was good, but the wait was a little long base on lack of employees and the guy looked to be still in training. I wasunhappy with the color and taste of my chicken and biscuit.
