This location is closed. I'm not sure if it's temporary... But this is a classic problem with fast food chains. The employees... don't have ownership and don't care about customers complaining or the service. Now you're out of a job. The community will notspend money where it's not appreciated. Especially with all this competition out here. It's time for Church's to renovate,rebrand and make their little restaurants somewhere ppl want to be to enjoy hot fried chicken. This store is sad and ridiculous. They need to close the location down. The employees are wearing regular street clothes. I came... threw the drive in and no one came on the intercoms. I waited 5 minutes then decide to come to the window. Guess what the windowwas open in two employees were looking at me. They didn't say they were on taking walk in. Poor customer service.....in person and on Uber Eats. If using the drive thru, DO NOT pull off until you have checked your... complete order. They'll give you damaged (appear to be bitten off of) looking pieces....or too many missing items from yourorder.....or they'll claim to be out of something....or refuse to cook more chicken-even with over an hour still available toserve the public....or close and lock the doors (too early) during hours of operation...etc.... This store can and should do alot better. Yes, you're in "the hood", but PROFESSIONALISM MATTERS!!!! Owner, Regional Manager, Store Manager, Employees.....please make our neighborhood Church's Chicken (this location) a place we'd like to go....instead of us having todrive to another. Thank you. My order is always correct at this location and they charge the correct amount. The location at Brinkley@Cullen over charges you... on the chicken tenders. And the manager is very rude. Much better service at this location. Read more
Brought 3 meals for KIDS! Met up to have lunch. Not one napkin. Had to go back cause it?s church?s chicken right?! When I get... there she said they only give napkins when you ask for them! Wow!!!
