Customer service was good. The chicken was not. Due to supply issues they were missing multiple chicken parts. This I understood... and it wasn't a problem, but the chicken itself did not taste fresh and tasted as though it had been sitting in cooking oil andnot fried thoroughly either. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They gave me yesterday?s fried chicken today around 1pm, the chicken was stale not crunchy... COLD and NO FLAVOR. I get out my car at 9:04 pm to check the front door for posted business operation hours... Today is Saturday lounge closes at 9... pm and drive thru closes at 10 pm. It is 9:09 when I go through the drive thru and the manager responds, we are closed. Iquestioned the hours of operation and she said if I have no business come through then there's no point for me to stay open.Okay, then what am I? Am I not a customer? She was rude, too. Although I appreciate the lady for her assistance. The chicken was burnt. It was not hot and a few of the biscuits were a... little burnt. The wait was longer than it should have been with only 4 people in line. They are not very attentive to thecustomers waiting in line. Chicken was not cooked all the way through. Was red and running with red juices. Sick! The batter was not even sticking to the... meat. It fell right off. Gross! All I know is that household name chicken places are getting bad raps now. This restaurants are deteriorating in customer... service and food service. Anywho....this Church's took forever to answer or greet us on the mic. They made us drive up to thewindow then tell us to back up because they needed to help the customer in front of us. However, A+ on the fresh food, but myapple pies didn't have the cream on top, so that was annoying. Read more
