Service here is crazy horrible. Not only are there times where they legit run out of chicken the staff is can be rude. Why... bother to state you're open if you're not going to serve people? Why ask if I want spicy or mild if neither is read? Why haveitems on the menu for sides then not have them available? This place is pretty much the example of what not to do when you havea franchise. Horrible establishment. Ordered food a hour before closing. Once again all they had was legs and thighs because they stop... cooking more chicken at 8pm. They left out my biscuits after I told her, she argued with me about it. Then I said fine let mejust buy more biscuits. She told me they were out of dough. Like what??? Chicken was dry and tough. DONT ever eat here very unsanitary! Closes before 10pm so please don?t bother wasting your time sitting in line for 45 minutes... no point .Nastiest Church?s I?ve even tasted. Very dried, they let there foods sets on the warmer far too long. Driiiiiied.
Today I requested a 8 piece mix and received all thighs and not only that it taste like it was cooked in old cooking grease. My... biscuits was hard and the fried okra was soggy. Got here 45 mins before closed and there was not enough chicken to provide to the people that were here before us so we had to... wait. There was a lady in front of us that ordered a 20 pc leg n thigh. I ordered a 20pc mixed with Mac n cheese, bombers, andfries. I also ordered four apple pies. I got the lady's order before mine so I paid extra for a box of legs n thighs instead ofmixed. The ladies in front were frustrated which was understandable. My pies had no icing and we're borderline burnt. Our Macwas obviously pulled from the bottom as it was probably the bottom of the container. Please shut this place down or get peopleto work here that actually pay attention and communicate with their co-workers. Read more
