The most horrible place I've ever been. Last night I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, two piece spicy which i only wanted legs... and they charged extra for, and large bombers.. the supposed to be manager with no gloves or mask on yell to me through thedrive thru id have to wait 8 minutes on chicken sandwich.. I wasn't tripping on waiting. Finally get order the only thing freshwas the sandwich. These folks gave me chicken that had to have been sitting under that heat lamp since the opened. First of all, I went to Church's and waited a long time just to order when they were only two cars in front of me. Then after... waiting for 10 minutes, I'm told that there is no more macaroni. I told to the worker just to refund the money because I didn'thave time to wait and I didn't want anything else. Then I waited another 5 minutes for him to tell me that they didn't haveenough biscuits. He then offered me a side order but walked off to help someone else and made me wait another 5 minutes. The young man was really helpful and offered other good options. The order took 15 minutes or more and we stood waiting(because... chairs were out away due to Covid19 which I understand). Because of the extended wait and warm lobby I asked the manager for acup of Sprite. She reluctantly got me a really small cup and put it on the counter without saying a word with attitude. I passthere everyday dropping and picking me grandson for school but I think I'll take my business across the beltway to McDonald'sfrom now on... Read more
The chicken is good, it's the customer service that earn this one star. There is an older black lady who works there who always... seem angry. She always complain about her job and the lack of help, and NEVER have spicy chicken. It's so bad that she tellsyou she is working by herself and is not cooking spicy chicken. The Hispanic lady who also work by herself gets the job donewithout complaining and being rude to the customers. Whenever I go there, I always check first to make sure it's the Hispaniclady working and not the black lady. Her attitude is that bad. Read more
Young lady at the window was very nice. Before I got my order I asked the young lady is my large okra was in the bag the... Hispanic lady said yes I get home there is no okra I got some chicken that looks horrible. Read more

Rude af. Maybe don't be a jerk to customers bc your speakers are trash. Awful manager at drive thru. Went elsewhere for food.... Feel sorry for the people who have to work under her. Read more
