Did not enjoy this experience at all, everything was rushed and server was everywhere. Things were being forgotten for my son... party and towards the end we realized we had an extra bracelet that was not used the girl said she couldn?t give us our refundback like we were supposed to get back she stated that it was too late. We had up to two no shows I thought. And server wasrushing me to do a feedback survey gave it 10 star because I didn?t want her to get in trouble, She literally stood right nextto me and watched me complete it and said it had to be done before I left. I was there for a birthday party. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Chuck E visited with... everyone, adults and kids! Because the birthday person was an adult with autism and did not want to do some of the fun stuff,several adult friends were allowed to step in and do the activities instead.The staff was very supportive of this. Of course thebirthday person reaped all of the benefits and rewards. We had a great time! Read more
Clean, good food, they have a section for smaller toddlers along with a ride on giraffe! Plenty of seating and clean bathrooms!... We love coming to this one :) Also the staff is friendly! Read more
Fun for kids of ALL ages! This location is abiding by social distancing and safety protocols. I've witnessed employees... frequently wiping down games and tables. No, the mouse does not come out, but they have an interactive video presentation withhim on their big screen monitors to encourage the children to dance. Great SAFE experience after being confined to the house forover a year! Read more
First off it smells like a kids place as soon as you walk in. After getting over that its actually very nice and has plenty of... games. the toddler area is kinda small but i assume they figure little littles dont need much in variation. The birthday area isvery nice and the dance pad would easily be the main attraction for any party. All in all the food is standard chucky so nosurprise there. It could be a little bigger but then again its not the main attraction on the strip so thats understandable ijust wish it wasnt shared with a pet store. Read more
Love this location have had the kids birthdays here or just stop in on the way by for a hour of games that all always work ,... place always clean, people always friendly. And a great price . About 1/15th the size of the one i grew up going too in tacomabut my kids love it and i love that $22.75 is not wasted on broken games that half work like almost every other game placearound. Thanks for the great time out the house at a good enough price we can come often. Read more
