I love that they have unlimited play time. I got my son the 60min package (which was a very reasonable price) and it came with... an additional 30min for free. He was able to play for an hour and a half, and play the games as much as he wanted to. Which isnice because you don't feel like you are wasting tokens on the same games. Con: The wait time for the prize area was a bitlong, but I understand a bit as well. It's because they were getting ready to close within 30min. But the part that I don'tunderstand is why some of the male workers saw me standing there and they never came to assist me nor get someone to come assistme. Besides that, I will most definitely be taking my son back there. Read more
This location has come a long way....the people who work here actually seem like happy employees now. The service is much better... than it ever has been and the cleanliness has improved as well. I'm impressed. Read more
Clean and not so crowded for a Saturday. The food was great and kids from 1 to 16 had a great time. Our party host Jasmine, was... awesome. Very accommodating and checking in with us all the time. We will definitely be back. Read more
Had my son?s 8th Birthday party here and we had a really good time. Our hostess was awesome and customer service was great! My... first time having a Birthday party here. The only thing is if you have a Birthday here or any Chuck E. Cheese make sure you moveall of your items from the party area to the non party tables.If you don?t they will toss your items no questions asked. I?massuming our items were tossed because they were still in the party area while our party was already done. My kids left theircollectible cups on one of the booth tables not the party table while playing and when we back to get them a worker had thrownthem away. They were upset so I asked if I could have replacements and they said they were out of cups but they gave me vouchersto come back and get them. Great fun place for little kids. You can either purchase for $25- 1hr unlimited games woth collecting points or just purchase... tokens. Usually 1 hr is enough for us. One thing I don't really like is a food bar. Looks nasty and never wanted to try to eatsomething there. Read more
We celebrated my daughter?s first birthday here last night. Our party host was absolutely amazing: so sweet and very attentive.... She told me to call her ?B? but I unfortunately can?t remember her full name. Anyways, we loved it and would definitely considerhosting another party here in the future. Pizza was good.
