Today I tried the new STEAK bowl that was undeniably despicable. The Steak was very tough and had way too much gristle, very... expensive and was told for extra meat it would be 6.00 dollars. There are too many young people who don't appreciate working asthey're rude and nasty. I've complained on more than one occasion and the problem still isn't rectified. I made an online order, waited thirty minutes in the car and went in. I asked them if my order was ready and it wasn't after... thirty minutes! then they proceeded to do everyone's order in front of me before starting my order. When I complained they wereextremely rude and treated me like it wasn't their problem. I ordered pickup and was happy with the wait time however when I arrived at the restaurant not only did they not have my order... ready but they did not even have the order ticket. (but they had my money ????). I had to stand in line to reorder. So orderingonline was a waste. The food was okay not the best Chipotle I've had. I don't think I will go to that location again. I love Chipotle! I usually either go to this location or the First Colony location and they have both been good for me. The... ingredients are always clean and tasty. I can usually get my food pretty quick, whether I?m ordering there or online. The staffare good! Read more
