0 stars is the max but can't leave, so it's 1. Something has to have changed at this location. Never had so many problems with... togo orders. I'd rather pickup if at all possible but sometimes I have to have food delivered bc I'm the only one at my job. So this is the second time in a row that the chips were left off an order and the food is either super cold, super late (30minsbeyond the eta given) or missing items (chips or salsas on the burrito bowl). Tried calling this location when order wasalready late to see what the hold up was and maybe could've reminded them about chips but no, gotta call the doordash numberwhich doesn't do much bc they can't get a hold of location either. Guess I gotta go with the lesser of 2 evils and hit upfreebirds again. Read more

I always eat here but the last 3 times i did online orders cause i couldn?t come in store and waist time and my food was... throwered in and not ready i had to wait when they texted and said food was done that took up to 10 minutes extra as well thenwhen i got it i went to eat it i didn?t get ANYTHING on it that i asked for i should?ve just went and stood in line and watchthem but the man fixing it acted as if i was an enemy and threw everything together the picture below is how i received my food? Placed the order through the app to avoid the line and wait. When I arrived (20-30mins) after placing the order it was not even... made.
