Lady serving the food, cleaned the countertop off with the same gloves she was using to serve. She then dipped her hands into... the lettuce without ever changing gloves. Something about their food isn?t right. It taste old. It?s not as good as other locations. The chips always taste stale, hard... and dry like they are from 3 days ago. I?ve been here multiple times. Every time I eat half my food and throw the rest away. Iwas trying to give them the benefit of a doubt that they were just having an off day but never again. The costumer service isnothing special. Placed order for delayed pick up. Ordered approximately 8:35 pm for 9:00 pick up, arrived at 9:00 and was informed they were... grilling chicken and order would be ready within 10 minutes. At 9:30, over 10 walk in customers have received their order and Ihave not received mine. They staff is working as hard as they can, and is no fault of their own. 1 cook working, 1 cashier, and2 serving (including the manager Joe). Finally when I received my food at 9:35, I was informed there was no more guac. I wastold I could ask for a refund online, but I did not accept that. Joe made it right by refunding the guac charge. I'munderstanding, but I placed the order more than hour and my order didn't not come as expected. Very disappointing, but the staffwas under a ton of stress and should not be punished. Do better.
