I should've seen the reviews first before choosing this store for the pick-up. Is it still difficult to find people to work?... Chipotle Houston, you need to check the Friday night shift of this store. (I visited Oct 14, 2022, around 9:30pm) They werereally slow, and they even didn't focus on the order. I have waited more than 20 minutes than it was supposed to be, also I havenot received all the order that I had requested. They told me that I had not ordered those items even though there were on thereceipt! After I pointing out the items on my receipt, all they said was "Oh.." and nothing. So, I requested a contact to get arefund (they did not provide, I "requested"). I loved Chipotle, but it was the worst experience comparing to other branches.Please keep the money. I won't be back. So disappointed in my meal today. I went there to get steak bowl.. I asked for fresh steak the guy told me he just got refill... of steak, but when I got home to eat bowl the steak was not too fresh in fact it was on the tough side it was not chewable, Ihad more steak I had to put to side then I actually ate and this was double meat.. a waste of 20.00 Read more
I ordered a Paleo Salad Bowl with Garlic Guajillo Steak added. No fajita veggies with the guacamole on the side. It?s a good... thing. I?m not allergic to tomatoes or onions because there were fajita veggies and no chicken and the guacamole was on top.That?s not ok. Horrible experience! Never had chipotle food so salty in my life - I couldn?t even finish it. My wife bit something that was too... hard to be food? and she did not want to find out what it was. No silverware available and unclean tables. But I get it - laborshortage. I hope this is just a bad day they were having. Read more
every table was dirty, umbrellas that's set up outside was laying in the chairs, floors dirty, food prep area had lettuce,... tomato, cheese, meat on counter top as they were prepping orders, the kitchen counter top area had food stains from cuttingmeat. These areas should be kept clean/wiped down when prepping food especially at the time when I walked in and they weren'tbusy. Oh, I forgot about the fountain drink area. Spilled soda, sticky, trashy, just nasty. I informed the Manager and itdidn't appear to phase her at all. I left the store and unsure if she had staff to clean/wipe down/sanitize the entire store. Found hair in my food after i ate a small portion already ????????????. This location is busy during lunch i waited over 15/20... mins in line to make it to work too eat before my lunch was up to having 20mins to enjoy to 10mins of that being cut before ihad to return to work to see a Thick black Hair sticking out of my bowl praying it was nottttt hair Can't be a String ofcourse. Just the simple Fact i had to RETURN to Get a refund and Tell them 3x why i was there TRYING not to make a scene butshe kept asking Like The Evidence(whole meal, bag and toppings) i held in my hand wasn't enough like its embarrassing enough iate some of the unsanitary food but to keep asking and then walk off like it wasnt as important and to tell another customertheres no ice then to come back and ask again "What i needed AGAIN TWICE MORE." OMG like This is DISGUSTING, annoying andRidiculous! SO WHY No HAIR NETS or Gloves In this Food Establishment??? Another great Chipotle experience that didn?t disappoint. They loaded my burrito with a lot of ingredients, the service was very... quick, it was delicious as usual, and a great location that I hope to come back to. They were social distancing and seem toenforce rules for the pandemic accordingly. Definitely give this a place if you?ve never tried it! Read more
