I should've seen the reviews first before choosing this store for the pick-up. Is it still difficult to find people to work?... Chipotle Houston, you need to check the Friday night shift of this store. (I visited Oct 14, 2022, around 9:30pm) They werereally slow, and they even didn't focus on the order. I have waited more than 20 minutes than it was supposed to be, also I havenot received all the order that I had requested. They told me that I had not ordered those items even though there were on thereceipt! After I pointing out the items on my receipt, all they said was "Oh.." and nothing. So, I requested a contact to get arefund (they did not provide, I "requested"). I loved Chipotle, but it was the worst experience comparing to other branches.Please keep the money. I won't be back. So disappointed in my meal today. I went there to get steak bowl.. I ordered a Paleo Salad Bowl with Garlic Guajillo Steak added. No fajita veggies with the guacamole on the side. It?s a good... thing. I?m not allergic to tomatoes or onions because there were fajita veggies and no chicken and the guacamole was on top.That?s not ok. Horrible experience! Never had chipotle food so salty in my life - I couldn?t even finish it. My wife bit something that was too... hard to be food? and she did not want to find out what it was. No silverware available and unclean tables. But I get it - laborshortage. I hope this is just a bad day they were having. Read more
