The so called manager Joselin Rodriguez is always rude. She need to learn how to properly fold a burrito being the manager as... she loves to holler. She wasted the burritos I ordered by refusing to ring up my food. She balled up the burrito which willcause it to fall out all over you once unwrapped. I told her I would be reporting such behavior and she told me her boss willsay the same thing. The food area was atrocious. I would not ever recommend this location. This was not the first issue but Iwill make it my last. Eat from Blaze, Salata, Wingstop or Chick-fil-A maybe even WhataBurger. Don't eat from this location. Read more

This is by far the messiest chipotle I have ever been to this far. I wanted sour cream but it was corn all in the sour cream. I... asked the young lady can she change it out because there was entirely too much corn and other scraps of different foods insideof the sour cream . She continued to stir and try to scoop around the scraps. Which was ultimately mixing it more. I asked heragain can she get another one. Then she insisted on stepping back and taking huge scoops of the sour cream out to try to takeout the pieces of food. The wait was long. Not organized. *Beware going before closing time* If I could give no star I would for this unbearable dish I was served by the Chipotle... location May 22 at 9:23pm. I was contemplating if I should go there or not tonight because I already had a feeling but I decidedto go anyway why not their only closing in about 40 minutes or so. It wasn?t much of people there so I was like okay cool that?sfine. I paid for my signature dish after a long day I finally reached my house. One bite and I spit it right out!!! Im not surewho tf was the chef but that food was seriously hard to put inside my mouth I could not eat it again!! The 7457 Southwest Fwy Ste 300 location is one of three Chipotles I visit regularly, and it is easily the worst and messiest... location I've ever been to. The worst part is that they make no attempt to clean the prep surface, instead just dragging yourfood through the cheese, sour cream, and salsa they let pile up from prior orders. I very politely asked them to wipe thecounter before dragging my food through the mess once, and they were offended and angry about it. In my last ~20 visits, thehand sanitizer by the door has been empty all 20 times. This location is also painfully slow compared to other locations,especially with preparing online orders which grind service of in-store customers to a complete halt, even when it isn't thatbusy. It is just abundantly obvious from the manager on down the line that no one at this location cares, at all. Despite howconvenient this location is for me, I've finally decided I won't be back. If I want Chipotle, I'd rather drive an extra 5-10minutes and go to another one. Think about it, if this is what they allow the customers to see, how are they caring the forfood I'm buying when I can't see...? Management must realize they have a problem, hence why they are paying food 'influencers'to leave glowing 5 star reviews about how 'clean & friendly' this location is. It might seem to them like a free burrito forgood PR is the answer, but one visit to this place, especially on the weekend, will show that is a total lie. I don?t know if I?ve ever been to a Chipotle I didn?t like, and this one didn?t disappoint. In fact, being one of the later... customers in the day before they closed, they were incredibly generous with toppings on my burrito! There also was no line andit was quick to get through.
