I live nearby so this is the location I normally (hesitantly) go to. My order is wrong nine times out of ten if I order through... the Chipotle app - if it?s even ready at the scheduled pick up time. If you do order ahead from this location, be sure to pickup your order 10-15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time and double check your order before you leave. I?m not sure if thislocation?s evening staff needs better training or better staffing, but the GM needs to fix something. Read more

First time trying Chipotle and I'm undecided. I know they have a huge customer following that more than likely includes Vegans... but for me, I don't have an opinion. They operate like a Subway whereas you would just go down the line and let the employeesknow what you want on your burrito, taco or bowl and they proceed to dump a scoop of whatever on your order. I just didn't carefor any of the selections nor what I perceived as a bland taste profile of their selections. I wouldn't go back but that's notto say you shouldn't try it because everyone has different tastes and preferences.  They have locations everywhere so it'sprobably just me and not anything they're doing wrong. What I will say is the restaurant had a cold feel to it (not the airtemp) with lots of hard surfaces. Also from the moment I walked in, to ordering, to leaving... I didn't see any of the employeessmile once and it appeared they were just going through the motions of their job and nothing more.  Basically the entire staffseemed okay with not having to engage with the customers except to fill the order(s) and collect the money.  I suppose if Ifelt welcomed through any interaction at all, I would consider giving them another try. Nope. Oh, and the beverage center waspretty sticky & dirty and should be cleaned & sanitized more often as well as the tables when customers leave... especially withall the various viruses lingering everywhere nowadays. This location went down hill quick in the last few months. For the first time today, they are no longer making online orders... when placed. You need to show up and wait and HOPE they start making your order. If you go to the midtown location, you knowwhat this is like. Even when the cashier placed the order for the other guy to start making, he continues to take the order forthe next person in line. After I questioned if my order was going to be made after a few min went by, I pointed out that thisnever happened before at this location. She went on to say ?well don?t come here.? The employees were very friendly but I?d like to say that it get really packed, dont get me wrong the employees were nice and... stayed calmed its just the customers, they are very greedy and they focus mostly on their phones stopping the line and straightup ignoring the employees i genuinely think that employees should definitely speak up about this and not take those peoplesorders they definitely need to stand their ground and not put with those type of people, other than that best customer service Read more

Wrong Order. Asked for veggie burrito bowl with no guacamole with extra cheese and corn salsa and hot salsa and lettuce. I... received beef and chicken with corn and tomato and guacamole and lettuce. I can't talk to anyone on the phone, it sends you todo everything online. Online is Pepper, a damn computer. And I am offered a buy one get one free on my next order. No I wantwhat I ordered and paid for, I don't eat meat. Tried calling again and still no, you can not get anyone. I am at work and cannot leave do to my lunch only being 30 mins. Horrible service. I should be able to talk to someone. But again don't offer mea buy one and get one free when you messed up the order I already paid for! Read more

There was a piece of meat in my sofritas bowl. I wish Chipotle would be better about cross-contamination. I follow a strict... vegan diet and will not be ordering here again since their staff disregards dietary preferences/cross contamination issues. Goesto show how you never know what you might be eating when someone else is preparing your food. ???????? If they would leave themeat OUT of the veggie bowls, they?d have enough to properly serve those who order meat and end up with 3 pieces in theirbowl. Management needs to be fired. Read more

Update - downgrading this to 1 star (I?d give it 0 stars if possible) WOW. JUST DONT COME TO THIS PLACE. AVOID AT ALL COST. My... bf is vegetarian and we ordered in the app NO MEAT for his bowl and his bowl still had chicken in it. JUST WOW. UNBELIEVABLE.Spend your money at another chipotle. Don?t waste your time. We had placed our order online and it gave us an ETA for the orderto be ready for pick up and thankfully we stopped by Walmart to pick up a few things, arrived 25 min late to pick up our orderand they still haven?t made it. What?s the point of placing our order early when we get here 25 min late and the order is stillnot done? I can see why this chipotle has 3.9 stars and every where else has over 4 stars. Read more
