Horrible service the lady that sat us down took order for our drinks totally forgot she walk us to the table. Never save the... ticket order was clueless. Not sure how she forgot when she literally ask us 3 times howamy adults and kids, manage to stillforge to saves our ticket order. The waitress was just rude and unprofessional. Price to high $20 per adult not great foodeither. Do not recommend this place at all. Read more

I went in for lunch with my girlfriend, big mistake. There were flies on the food and nothing was done once reported. The excuse... that was given to me by management(Lester) was maybe the staff didn?t understand me but like I told Lester I spoke to the staffin English and Spanish. Read more
It?s okay I guess, nothing too special. Just Chinese buffet. I will say some of the food doesn?t look fresh, also they serve... menudo here didn?t taste it and probably won?t ???? some of the foods here seem out of place ???????????? I am very disappointed with this place. It has spiral downward from the past 2 years forward. We we're regulars but stop going 2... years ago because we got food poisoning from bad chicken.. we decided to give it a 2nd chance tonight but oh what a mistake thatwas. The servers including our waitress were rude.. I asked for lemons upon arrival for my iced tea and because I put lemon onalmost all my food.. surprise they were out of lemons.. what!!! at 6pm dinner service on a Sunday night, really!!! I complainedto our server and to two other servers and they didn't like it. After that they were rude the rest of our time there, talkedamongst them and looked at our table and one server passed by our table and mumbled CACA! Some of the food was cold and when wewent to check out the cashier didn't even talked to me.. she came out of the bathroom accompanied by our server and I guess shegave her the 411. She signal me with her index to go pay and did not spoke to me just slapped the ticket on the counter andpointed for me to sign.. at the end I signed it and slapped it back on the counter like she did to me. Horrible customerservice.. they just lost good potential customers. We will be taking our business elsewhere, you don't do this to customers,what kind of people you have working for you China Star!!! This place is too expensive for the low quality of food provided in the buffet. It's dishes are overly sweet. The fried food is... not crunchy. The desserts are thawed, pre-made, and generally super-sweet, but tasteless. I would suggest sticking with thehibachi grill. They do have a few flavors of real ice cream as well. The service is good though. Read more
I wouldn't recommend this place anymore ever since they changed management I found too flies on cooked crabs, and chicken... nuggets were burnt, also waited 15 mins for pizza for my son and I told the manager about all those incidents in one day and allshe could do just give 12 dollars discount it's gross to eat there now. Most of the food was cold and hard. We went early to get fresh warm food, but didn't happen. The white rice was not cooked all... the way and the cheese puffs were not creamy more like old crumble cheese. All the flavor ice cream was so hard I couldn'tscrape anything with the ice cream scooper. I told the waitress when she asked me how was everything but no one talked to meafterwards. Read more
