Time to raise the stars for this location. EXCELLENT SERVICE 07/01/22 BRAVO!! Waiter "D' was on top of his game from the start... with friendly hello and continuously accommodating patrons with a smile and upbeat personality showing he enjoys his position.Helpful with ideas during order process and familiar with the menu, options. ALL staff were attentive to all customers.Everyone was kind, courteous and accommodating which was total opposite on last visit which made me take 2yrs to return. Secretsauce burger was excellent. Cooked and served exactly as ordered. Good beef! Seasoned, well portioned at 1/2 lb. The TropicalSunrise drink was EXCELLENT! Makes you do ling reviews ????. Lately, restaurant service has not been what it used to be. I went, waited for awhile to be seated, while others walked in and... out because there was no greeter. I watched the staff work TIRELESSLY to do the very best they could. The manager was working 3sections to ensure the experience was great! The whole crew maintained teamwork! Be kind when dining! Can?t beat a $9 lunch special!!! And $5 margarita!!! Went here for lunch thinking it was going to be bad but everything went... well. There was basically one server and one food runner. My favorite Chili's location! The $9 lunch specials are a great savings and it was enjoyable, (double cheeseburger, fries and... bowl of chili is what I ordered). Service was attentive as well with Raven doing an absolutely excellent job. Chili's memberrewards got me complimentary tasty $10 appetizer! On a side note, there was a young employee that kept the tables and boothsclean making sure to wipe everything down after each table finished including helping the wait staff with various tasks &errands. I loved the boneless that never go wrong here, and excited that in this location have Corn on the cob????was delicious, This... year 2021 have been hard for many restaurants to survive, find Staff willing to work instead of going on Unemployment benefits,shortage on Ingredients so and so due to COVID-19 and the unexpected . I noticed they were short staffed and still managedthemselves to have a good attitude, our server Alissa was also the bartender and she was amazing. Read more
