Worst Chili's ever. Food arrives cold. They claim tables are reserved but coincidentally nobody gets to use the ones on the... outside until the place gets full. The RR are "out of order", really? Too many servers for one table. And yet they can't get onething right. When you request for creamer you must be specific or else you will receive one by one. Some of the food is good.Some. So here goes! I went here for a quick lunch with my husband. First of all it took forever for someone to come to our table after... we were seated. It took for me ask someone was there a server for the table for a lady who walked past the table many times tosay she?ll take care of us. Then when she took our order she sat down at the table with us as though we invited her to havelunch with us type thing. That starts it. Lol now all of a sudden another young lady comes very nice and said she sorry shedidn?t get there sooner. (She was the actual waitress, I saw her many times before as well!) They were short staffed. ???? As weare waiting a young man that works there was walking back to the kitchen right where we were seated and asked if ?I likesoup?? I said ?yes? and then GAVE me a bowl of soup. I thought that was nice. It seemed as if the soup was about to be wasted?..the soup was hella good by the way. If you go try the chicken enchilada soup!!! So we dine and now I ask for the check. The ladythat took the order comes back with the bill and I see the soup on there, I explain the situation on the soup that the young manhad gave it to me and she said ? well that?s not a policy we do here!? I said ? ok, I was just explaining to you what happened?I could already see there was an issue. So then she snatches the soup from the table and takes it to the back and I said ? whydid you do that?? She said ?I told you that?s a not a policy we do here is give away free food and if you keep eating it I haveto charge you for it!? So I?m a little irritated by now at how classless she was with the whole situation. But I just pay thebill. I?m thinking the other young lady was getting the tip so I left a tip. For the bald bartender with a beard who knows absolutely nothing regarding togos. I came in on my lunch break to pickup my Togo... order and to pay during my break. I went to the bar and told him that I had a Togo order, showed him my phone of the orderconfirmation. He told me to wait here to speak with a girl. I then asked if this was the correct location to pickup Togo ordersand he said yes. 15 minutes goes by and no one follows up with my order. I then stop a server and ask again and she explains tome that togo orders are at a different location and not at the bar. She apologized and didn?t understand why he gave me thewrong information. So I processed to go to the correct location and then I find out that they don?t have my order and have toput It in the system again. Mind you this is 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. When I was at the counter Itold them I wanted to speak to a manager about the situation since it?s now over 20 minutes into my hour lunch. To my dismayinstead of talking to me about my concerns and being GENEROUS. The oversized manager with brown curly hair dismissed me and said?well here is your Togo order, have a blessed day.? The pictures says it all! On May 16, we had the worst experience at chili's in the Galleria. On the bright side the "Store... Manager" comped 15% off our meal. Not sure if anyone is trained properly or if anyone has a food safety certificate, but peopleshealth could be at risk dining here. If I could rate in the negatives... I would give it a -20. Chili's Inc, I'm a CertifiedChef through the American Culinary Federartion and will offer some assistance in training your staff on how to properly frychicken to 165 °F and teach the basics of food safety. I've been going to Chili's most of my life and it never gets old! Great chips and salsa and burgers. There are usually TV's on... to watch a game. It's a very casual and comfortable place. Great for dates and great for the family. Great margaritas too! Read more

Don't waste your time waiting in line. We were told about 20min wait, but it was actually 40 min. Ordered steak, server didn't... even ask how we wanted it cooked. The barbecue ribs were terribly dry, and beef brisket was only a few pieces served on a pieceof bread... The barbecue mix plate was a lot smaller than what I expected... The RED NOSE margarita is so light pink coloredand no salt and one inch lower than that on the picture! Read more

Chili?s to go? More like chili?s too slow! The sluggish service is almost unbearable. Both the kitchen and the waitstaff seemed... to be dragging and I wouldn?t wish this on any hungry man, woman, or child. The mini sliders, however, were delicious.
