Went with my husband to Chili's tonight and had an amazing time. Out server Michael was great! He made it a point to address us... always by our names and that made us feel like regulars. His customer service skills are on point. Made sure we were happy withour food and drinks, and checked up on us frequently. This kid has great potential!! Terrible experience!!!! Our waiter couldn't get our order correct after being explained numerous times. When we finally received... our food my wife's chicken quesadilla was very dry with no cheese. My sons bacon burger was only suppose to have cheese andbacon but came out with all the toppings. My bacon burger had extra toppings that I was willing to take off but the meat itselfwas burnt. We sent all the food back and still was charged for appetizers that we didn't even eat. Spoke to the manager and shenever apologized for the poor service or the terrible food that was wrong. Will never visit this location again and which isvery close to my home. Will drive out the way for better service. Read more
Service was okay. We came in at 10:45pm but they were out of tea and silverware so I had to eat my steak with a plastic spoon. I... also couldn't eat my corn on the cob because there were no knives to cut the kernels off since I can't eat it off the cob due toa false tooth. I understand it was late and a little more than an hour before closing, but you should be able to get basicthings like silverware. The food was good, though. I'll come back again. Read more
I would give this restaurant zero stars..but I can?t. So they get a one. I love Chili?s but this was the dirtiest Chili?s and... most disgusting experience I ever had. Me and my husband wanted to go out for a special evening for our one month weddinganniversary. Chili?s is our go to for a quick bite. We we?re NEVER greeted properly..we basically had A staring contest withthis host or whoever he was. Like we we?re supposed seat ourselves or greet ourselves. What kinda service is that? There wereplates of food on every table in the restaurant and he seats us where there is a sight line of dirty plates..left overs andcups. We put in our entire order with the server because we always know what we want exactly. One of the servers was yelling atthe customer behind us because she said her order was incorrect..he said ?that?s not my problem all I do is bring the food? Thatis just plain UNPROFESSIONAL. I?ve worked in a restaurant before and they could of reassured the customer..take the food backand grab a manager. ANYONE with common since would know that! We never received our drinks or appetizers. We we?re there forover 20 minutes. The pictures do NO JUSTICE to how dirty this place was. The servers had Durags on and honestly it just wasn?tpresentable. We just walked out and went to In and Out Burger next door. It?s sad how EVERY Chili?s I go to is so understaffedbut this one specifically is DISGUSTING..DO NOT GO!! I will never go to this dirty and disgusting Chili?s ever again. Read more
Another good chili's experience, got one of the fancy burgers they offer, the double bacon ranch burger or something similar to... that. It could have come with more fries personally and they were out of Blue moon beer which was unfortunate, ended up gettinga Modelo, I didn't catch the servers name but he was awesome and very attentive. I went with a group of coworkers. We had the worst service ever. It took about 25 minutes just to get a drink and get our order... taken. The restaurant was so slow. There was 2 other tables at the end of service where we were seated. They whole experiencetook almost 2 hours which was ridiculous. It was awful we couldn't get refills either. The glass of water I received tasted likeit came from the bathroom sink. Literally one of the worst chili's I have ever been to. Read more
