My family and I waited to be seated for about 2 minutes. No one never greeted us and staff just watched us wait. I recommend if... you will not like to be disrespected go to another restaurant. I get better service when I go to McDonald's. Read more
This is absolutely rediculous! 11 of us waited over 30 minutes for our food. They were all done eating before me and another... person at our table got our food. They brought me the wrong order and my buddy's fajitas was cold. I asked them to NOT throwaway my wrong order and I would pay for it and give it to a homeless person. Well, my order got fixed 29 minutes later and theythrew away the order that I asked them not to. I understand that it was lunch time but the main dining area was mostly empty. Read more
The seafood pasta tasted good, until I discovered a plastic top, for a takeout cup, at the bottom of the dish. They gave... another one, which I took home. After getting home, I realized it was a pasta minus most of the seafood. The waiterapologized, but never saw the manager. The Blue Moon beer was fine. Last Tuesday, my work group of 7 ppl visited at about 1:45 in the afternoon. The waitress was near perfect, obviously cared... about her job and had an incredible attitude, paid attention to detail and was knowledgeable, filled drinks in a timely manner,etc. I could go on. Having been a restaurant owner and manager, it disappoints me when people in the service industry give offthe vibe that we the customer are a nuisance to their day. Unfortunately, her name did not come through the receipt. If 1/2the service industry people were like her, I'd cook at home far less. Keep up the grrrreat work!
