Ordered on doordash,it came quicker than I thought. We ordered classic ribeye and swiss mushroom burger. The food was alright,... ribeye of course can't compare to the ribeye at steakhouse, but it was juicy. Personally I feel whataburger has better mushroomburger, and cheaper. It is not my first time coming to this location but today even if they are short staff the team did a great job. I had to wait... few minutes before get My table. My margaritas were delicious. I got the 3 sampler with eggroll, boneless buffalo wings andcheese bites (first time and I love them, very tasty and good). Also we got the fajita 3 (chicken, shrimp and steak) , a buffaloburger ( as I request, pickles on the side and mayonnaise too) and for the little one mac and cheese with corn cob.... Isupposed was good because she ate everything. Our food (adults) were very tasty, fresh and delicious. The experience today wasgreat plus it is my bday and I asked for the volcano cake plus song! The team sing for me and my little one was very proud andhappy because she requested the song. The staff even short did a great job. Thank you for your hard work and dedication . Worse Chili?s that I have ever been too, went there once and ordered DoorDash the second time. First time food was trash, need... new chefs. Decided to give them a another chance and ordered DoorDash, this is how they sent my food. Everything looked old andlike it was sitting for days. If you have to make the extra drive to find another chili?s it?ll be worth it because thislocation sucks! I would leave them with no stars if I could of. & thank God DoorDash refunded me because this food was such adisappointment, who messes up on nachos and chili cheese fries. Place is disgusting! No greet, no one wants to actually talk to you or give a smile, no one attentive or has sense of urgency.... Food was okay although some items I never got. The payment computers were absolutely disgusting, covered in mold and stickyscreen. Every crevice of the bar was dirty. No one sitting at bar, yet drinks and plates were everywhere, no pre buss. Seemslike the place is a free for all, no management, no training. Bringer has gone way downhill since I worked for them 12 yearsago. If you have no respect for yourselves, customer service, or having a standard then shut the place down. Read more
The food here is always good and that?s the one thing that saves them from getting lower than a 4 star review. The one thing... every time that makes it?s less that subpar is the customer service. I always order from the app just to make things easier. AndI give them ample amount of time to get it prepared. I work in Atascocita and it takes me about 40 minutes to get to this sideof town where I live. The past 3 times I?ve ordered and provided a tip during the app just because I know times are hard. But Iwon?t be doing that anymore because it?s no reason I should get a text from the restaurant telling me my order is ready, I getthere about 15 minutes after that text, and still have to wait and additional 15 before I even get someone to come out to thecar and bring the order. Restaurants that are not busy should not have a problem with slow service especially when you don?teven offer takeout. Curbside is the only option, and it?s still slow. Tipping is for the waiters and waitresses who care abouttheir customers and go above and beyond and the same young girl that has helped me ( or should I say not helped me) each timehas a nonchalant attitude. I love chilis but sadly I will not return to this location my salsa was watery not chunky like salsa is pose to be, and I asked... for no ice in my drink I told the lady that it was not pose to have ice she said ok I?ll bring another one and bought back a cupof ice smh,,, I lost my appetite to order more food because if you can?t get the appetizers right how will my food be and thewaiter was awful it took him almost 30 mins just to come back and even take my order,, I will not be back Read more
