Waited 15 min to be seated at 9:40, hostess was sitting in the corner not doing anything. Was seated in the bar area for... another 20 min. Bar tender didn?t even look our way to take our order. When I approached her. She said that to wait. Stilldidn?t come. Taking her sweet time making drinks. While we had been there first. Simply walked out customer service is a joke tothem. Ah Chili's, I love and hate you so much. Definitely could use a major upgrade to this restaurant. There was no one there at the... host stand for about 5 minutes and then we waited and extra 20 minutes for a table. The waitress took another 3 or so minutes toattend us but she was very nice and took outr order fast. The food came out perfect and it was very good, so were my drinks.Price are pretty affordable. They made a mistake on my order. I was not mad..just drove back...and the manager was cool..fixed the mistake and apologized,... Even though it was not his mistake...Cool manager. Knows how to do business... Read more
The service here is always great, today Lucia did an awesome job, but not at all great stuff. Wanted to try something newtoday... so I got a 10oz sirloin medium rare. It.was.NOT.medium.rare. Look at the picture it's WELL DONE. Don't get it ever. Get anythingelse on the menu not the steaks. Subpar experience... Will come back but now I know what to stay away from. Read more
Terrible service terrible food. I ordered the fajita combo plate with chicken and shrimp, the tortillas were cold and stiff like... they just pulled it out of the plastic bag and wrapped it in foil. The shredded cheese they gave me was moldy and when I broughtit up to the manager she lied and told me it looked like that because it was pepper Jack cheese. No where on the menu does itsay that the fajitas were served with pepper jack cheese, it just says shredded cheese. Read more
Alicia was a great waitress and bartender. My drink was very yummy. My Caesar salad was not the best. The dressing tasted weird.... My occasion chicken pasta was tender and delicious. The chips and salsa was also good as usual. Read more
Not sure what's up with seating service at this current time but when we got seated>service is as always, great!! ... Server/bartender luis does a great job at taking care of our orders! Food is as tasty as expected! Drink recommendation wasyumm!! Its right around my casa so this spot is usually my go to!
