Waited 15 min to be seated at 9:40, hostess was sitting in the corner not doing anything. Was seated in the bar area for... another 20 min. Bar tender didn?t even look our way to take our order. When I approached her. She said that to wait. Stilldidn?t come. Taking her sweet time making drinks. While we had been there first. Simply walked out customer service is a joke tothem. Ah Chili's, I love and hate you so much. Definitely could use a major upgrade to this restaurant. There was no one there at the... host stand for about 5 minutes and then we waited and extra 20 minutes for a table. The waitress took another 3 or so minutes toattend us but she was very nice and took outr order fast. The food came out perfect and it was very good, so were my drinks.Price are pretty affordable. The service here is always great, today Lucia did an awesome job, but not at all great stuff. Wanted to try something newtoday... so I got a 10oz sirloin medium rare. It.was.NOT.medium.rare. Look at the picture it's WELL DONE. Don't get it ever. Get anythingelse on the menu not the steaks. Subpar experience... Will come back but now I know what to stay away from. Read more
