Apparently it's 4 bucks to buy a cup of water here, yet I can go to literally any other fast food joint and get a cup of water... free of charge. Whenever I go to the drive-through, I feel like I have to constantly ask for a receipt when it could haveeasily just been added into the bag. I find it a little infuriating that I still get asked for a name at the drive-through eventhough I can pull up in a crazy unique colored car with a 4-letter custom plate; it shouldn't be that hard to identify. I love coming to this location cause is close to my house but recently they been giving such a poor portion of fries which... really bothers me because I?m not paying $22 to get this amount of fries in my meal and also my kids meals. So disappointed andyou can see in the photo that?s says everything.. not coming to this location anymore. Read more
The employee brought my food and she touched the fries with her long nails after finished my meal I went to order a frosted... coffee somehow the same lady when she was putting on the cap two of her finger end up in the big straw hole. Most people whowork in the food industry do not have long nails because they do catch germs and for second issue a smaller hole. The managershould revise the food codes. This issues have solutions. This chain is known for provide fast, courteous and professional service, even though food is not my favorite, my son loves it... so I?ll buy it. This particular one is the opposite, I?ve been here three times and I always had to return because the wrongitem was given to me, slow service, long lines and on top of that, the young ones taking the order seem not be trained properly.No sauce type asked, when I it home just ketchup. I?m writing this review just because Daniela has the most terrible andunprofessional service! They need to address her attitude because she said this: Omg why is this people making my work sohard!! And who are we? Aren?t we the ones making business? We don?t have to be sent to be under this heat spending gasoline justbecause they gave you the wrong item. This meal was the last thing I ordered before my husband was rushed to the hospital. We nvr got to eat our food. I spent... mother's day and my daughter's birthday there with him. Chick fill a is a great.. alternative for always eating hamburgers... Changes it up a little bit. Eat some chicken plus their... fries are pretty good the waffle fries. I love the little ice creams they sell here on the cone. Can't get nothing from beef..Plus is delicious.
