This is one of the most unorganized locations i have ever seen. We were standing next in line and the cashier just skipped us.... And then she left us standing there when she was done. Nobody asked us for out order everyone was just looking at us but nothelping. One worker even came up to us and asked us if we were here to pick up an order lol. when you eat at this location it?s either a hit or miss. they forget something in the bag, something tastes off or their... portions are small. today I went and my diet Dr Pepper tasted like legit chemicals. like they had cleaned their machine and didnot rinse it properly. Disgusting. Read more
This is the second time i have not received what i ordered. It was a simple order a large SWEET tea i got down the road to... discover i had been given an unsweet tea! This location is also charging .10 cents more for their tea than all other locations ivisit. Read more
My family's go-to fast food place! Always clean & customer service is above any other fast food place!Healthier options than... other fast food places in the similar category in my opinion. Chicken nuggets & chicken breast are available un-breaded! Severalsalad options too! My new fav is the kale crunch side salad ???? love the app too! The drive trough people are great ! I was in and out. Joseph was a huge helped. He asked me if I was trying to eat healthier... since I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger , and helped me make my order healthier! Not only is it delicious but now I feel like Imade the greatest decision going . the lady who gave me my food was so kind and greeted me with a bright genuine smile. 10/10go there your wont regret it . ???? Stopped by to grab a quick lunch and decided to redeem my points on fries. The drive thru wasn?t busy, my order was correct, my... food was hot ????. My only complaint was my fry order that basically was fry pieces. At some point the fry pieces should not beplaced in any order. This is a very cheap move. Can?t dip the fry pieces in ketchup. I will try not to allow my experience today to effect my semi-normal experience overall. This location has a hit or miss... consistency. Somedays my service is excellent, and others it's lack luster. 6 out of 10 visits will be great, but the other 4you might feel like ????????. The most consistent thing is that the medium size fries will always be full. On a positive sidetheir cookies are almost always fresh. The grilled chicken is sometimes lukewarm. The fried chicken sandwich is the betterchoice of the sandwiches for they are always steaming like they were freshly prepared. In my opinion, if one is looking for thebest experience one should dine in. The few times I did dine in the customer service was wonderful and recommendable. Read more
I Always get something wrong with my order in this place. This time like was the last straw. We got home to our fries looking... like this. It?s totally unacceptable and not the quality that this place is supposed to have. The staff here isn?t trainedcorrectly and will constantly give you different drinks, wrong sizes, no sauces, no fries. And will still up-charge you for themistake on their part.
