My experience at this Chick Fil A is always pleasant. Food is good. Down falls are they do not make extra, extra crispy fries.... Another you can not redeem or collect reward points from this establishment. Which is not good since this is whats close tomany healthcare workers. Read more
Good Chik-fil-A, BUT do keep in mind that it's inside the waterfall building (which means you'll have to pay for parking if you... don't work around here which is close to $10), and also they don't accept the rewards from the Chik-fil_A app, so there's that.But other than that the food is good! Good place for a quick bite or family time. I loved the chicken soup the salad and the chicken tenders and chicken strips. (I... didn't have all that at one sitting. I have become a bit of a regular). The place was clean and neat. Customer service wasgreat. Wait time was not long. Great atmosphere. Loved the play area for kids. Was really tickled by the sign that said you hadto be shorter than the mark to play. Lol. It's always a good experience going into a chick-fil-a. I can't wait to come back andeat more Chicken. Funny thing about Chick-fil-A, they publicly spoke against homosexuality and they're hardcore Christian when it comes to their... policies. But their food is so good, no one seems to give a flying f#&#. Hell, I'm vegan. I'm against everything that definesthem as an organization. This is the best Chick fil a I've ever been to! They serve salads, wraps and popular items, not like other locations in med... center with limited menu. They are usually very busy so the food is super fresh and hot. Even when the lines are long I get inand out in 5 min!! They are so friendly and everything tastes awesome. Love this Chic-fil-a!!! Horrible customer service. They gave me a lemonade instead of a sweet tea. They wouldn?t exchange the drink without me giving... the lemonade back to them. What?s the point of giving the lemonade back if they are just going to throw it away? They shut thedoor on my face. Don?t come here. Chick fil a has lost its service. Read more
