I?m never disappointed by Chick-fil-a and that streak continues. This restaurant does chicken right. It?s always delicious,... savory, and the waffle fries are the perfect vehicle for eating their amazing sauces. The chicken sandwich is just as Iremember, pillowy, soft bread covering crispy, juicy chicken. Those pickles add a great sour crunchiness to the entiredish. The fries are also excellent. As with all Chick-fil-A's I have been to, this location has quick and efficient service. Restaurant staff are very friendly and... helpful. The menu options are varied so it is easy to find something you would like, no matter how hungry you might/might notbe. Good spacious clean location with great staffing. Sat next to several workers discussing managerial responsibilities for a... recent promotion and they all seemed very intelligent - also a very attentive worker cleaning the tables and solid clerks. Just ordered from DoorDash as I?m at work I ordered the spicy chicken biscuit and added cheese and eggs, when my order was... delivered it had NO CHICKEN in the biscuit!!! The WHOLE POINT of this establishment is for their chicken! How do you have theorder on the receipt and STILL get it wrong? I?m SO DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED!!! Pictures included below! To add insult tomeasure I called them and nobody picks up, this is the worst establishment for Chic-fil-a that EVER EXISTS. I've been coming here for years and the service is always friendly, but highly inconsistent. Individual dine in experiences are... usually fine. Fresh hot food, served quickly and with accuracy. Well, unless you were using a promo card or one of those oldcalendar cards-- then all bets are off. To go orders, particularly with catering, are a completely different issue. I'veregularly had incorrect drinks with drive thru orders, and one badly mangled catering order where we were shorted half the foodwe ordered. We ended up having to run to a local McDonald's to supplement the incomplete catering order and have enough food foreveryone expected. I'd called the owner/operator requesting a partial refund due to the issue. Instead she offered a credittowards my next catering order. I asked for the credit as a gift card or letter since I normally don't host events in the areaand it might be years before I order catering from this location again. She said she couldn't provide a gift card and wouldn'tneed to provide a letter because she'd remember. Sure enough, when I had my next event that would warrant ordering cateringfrom this location, I went back and referenced the credit. The catering manager wouldn't honor the credit because there wasnothing "on file" and the owner/operator didn't remember the previous conversation. Read more
Ordered through the app using a reward for a free chicken sandwich and added some other items I was craving. I chose to do... curbside and there were plenty of spaces available. While waiting I could see the drive thru line was long as usual (probablylonger yesterday due to the free reward from the Astros game).
