Everybody at this restaurant has an attitude. We are in a big SUV with 5 people in it with 3 different orders. After the second... one the lady rolled her eyes and told us to place it at the window. I placed my order fory daughters and I. It was wrong which and I was charged twice. I got an emergency call when I got to the... window and the owner or manager was rude and had no idea of the news we'd just received. He yelled sir the line, balled up myreceipt with change and threw in my hand. Upset about the order having to be fixed he became even more infuriated. Great place and atmosphere. But tell your employees to never take a broom to sweep off a table outside. I'm pretty sure you... don't want people to think that you clean your tables off with a broom that your using to sweep the floor. It happened in themorning when I was gonna eat my breakfast outside at the table. Before I can get out the door to go eat, that's when I seen herlift the broom up to knock another piece of trash unto the floor. So, I decide not to eat there... Read more
Great food, service was excellent, my order was served accurately and in a timely manner. They are building 2 more locations on... Main Street which is closer for me, so I will try those locations as well. I have cut down fast foods, but when those long dayshappen and I'm not cooking, we are going here. Read more
It?s really disappointing that you can?t order your food well done at this location. A lot of times the chicken is under cooked... and soft to the point that it doesn?t even taste like fried chicken. This is a service failure. You should be able to order yourfood cooked the way you desire especially with Chic-Fil-A standards to satisfy the customer, all locations should honor welldone requests from customers! Read more
The service here is getting bad. I went and ordered about 5 meals. I asked for extra sauce. The cashier responded with an... attitude that each meal only got 2 sauces. I was taken aback, but I drove away. When I got home, two of my sauces that i wassupposed to get were missing. It seems small, but I have NEVER had this experience at another location. Read more
Same great Chick-fil-A service just a different location !! Girl that was taking our order was in training but no issues at all... !! Manager was there to help her out and we were able to get through the line with no issues !! Food was hot and fresh and orderwas correct !! Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves Chick-fil-A !!!! Read more
I love Chick-fil-A but not this location. The service is terrible. They make a huge deal about the sauces when ordering online... says otherwise. On top of that, lady who took my order seemed distracted and gave me my drink wrong. Went back to let them knowand got asked if ?I paid for it? like what? Just give me the correct drink!!
