As of this year the service at HCU's Chick-Fil-A is deteriorating and fast. The food is now more expensive, the food is smaller... and has decreased in quality, the food is very inconsistent one day the fries are hard and bland, the next day the fries aresoft and salty, the burgers are either bland or it tastes old. While its understandable that this is a restaurant inside of auniversity I find it unfair how it makes student pay more for a lesser food quality and service. Read more

I order chick-fila at least 4 times a week via mobile app. I take lunch to my granddaughter close by. On Wednesday, November... 9th, the person in front of me had not even ordered to be in the express lane-Southwest Freeway location as the employee toldhim-we have no order under your name. In that case, the person should be told to get in the other lane or get out in person andorder. 2 other mom?s-same school and lunch period had similar problems with others getting in the shorter line and order whenthey get there. This delayed the ones that are doing the orders correctly and no consequences for those cutting corners! Read more

one time i ordered 5 nuggets and y?all gave me 5 nugget boxes with one nugget in each box .

I ordered A number two a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese they give me just a plain chicken sandwich and I noticed... it before I leave and I told the cashier or the girl who brought my food now I waited 10 minutes and then she brings this out tome lettuce tomato and cheese this is the worst of the worst of the worst! Excellent service and management. Overall excellent experience compared to any Chick-fil-A I have ever been to, even the Sugar... Land location close to my residence. The manager or whoever the team member walking around the restaurant in the black shirtwas, made the dining experience very pleasant. Actually his name is Jeffrey. Place was very busy.
