Took my 5 yr old daughter there after school to eat ended up staying over 3 hours playing on the playground with other kids. She... had so much fun definitely worth dining in. Never have I had a bad experience at any chic fil a that I have visited . I went to this location before work to order some... chicken noodle soup a lemonade , and I asked for nuggets . I was advised that there would be a 10 minute wait due to the nuggetsnot available yet . I disregarded the nuggets . I got my order and when I got to work I noticed the bag was leaking . I get outthe car and the top was not on my soup so is spilled in the entire bag . Not only did it spill in the bag but the bag burst whenI went to pick it up because it was so soiled with the soup . I got soup all over my uniform . Then I open what is left of thesoup and it is full of cut up chicken nuggets in the soup from top to bottom . This was one of the worst Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. I got the 4count minis at 7something that morning and they taste like... they had been sitting fron the day before. Chicken and the bread was dried out and very hard.They check their food beforegiving it to their customers and it should have been thrown away. I had an appointment so I didn't go back. I threw it away.Really upset me greatly. I love the nice and soft sweet bread. Do better people. But I won't be back!!!! Read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Chick fil A, so I try and visit one whenever I travel, if O cam locate one. But the location in Houston, TX on... Westheimer was THE BEST! The staff was great, Especially 'aunty' Andrea! She was so nice to all who walked through the door. Shenot only gave greetings, she checked on everything and everyone and gave encouraging words...it was just a awesome experience! Read more
I must say that I am so disappointed in my food this morning. I don't go-to chick FIL a often due to the huge lines. But the... last few morning when I pass by I see short lines. And I stopped this morning to grab some and now find out why. They are givingyou havelf cut pieces of chick that are so thin. I can't believe it the bun isn't even covered unless count batter. If you want fresh good salad dont come to this location, i got strawberries with mole in them . They cant sayy it was an... accident because you could clearly see it when opening the salad , it?s disgusting. I had to drive back and get a salad with nostrawberries and didnt even get a refund ! I?ve never had such a bad experience at any chick fil a ever. The girl who took my order got it completely wrong and charged me... for an extra fry that I did not ask for. Then, when I told them it was wrong they asked me multiple times how I originallyordered it. Eventually I got my order and it was still incorrect. Do not recommend dining in at this facility.
