Shout out to this location for great service! We went inside just before 11am and were waited on immediately. The gal taking our... order was also training a new employee. Although our order was sent out missing food we'd ordered, the manager corrected theerror and didn't charge us for the missing item! He provided great customer service and a definite return visit!! Even if u order and pay in advance and ask for the food to be ready by a certain time period (7:30 AM). They confirm it will be... ready by 7:30AM. Manager yelled out that they don't get the food packaged and ready until you show up at drive through orcurbside. I understand that if it takes 5 or maybe 10 minutes to get the food but it is over 15-20 minutes every time. Pleasedon't tell me food will be ready by 7:30 and it isn't ready until 7:45 especially if I already paid in advance. Read more
Went in yesterday. Thank god I at the location because I had to get up 4 times to get stuff because they messed up my order.... Same with the family across from where I was sitting. Today the delivery driver gave attitude saying I was making her job hardbecause she has to deliver to a resident?s door. When I mentioned poor service she laughed. I went here hoping for better service. When I got home I saw that they gave me granola and roasted almonds rather than pepitas... and tortilla strips for the Southwest Chicken Salad. Disappointing. Read more
Now this place is a perfect example of fast food. The line is ALWAYS long but it go VERY quick as well. No matter how long the... line is I'm always in and out. They work very fast. Always smiling friendly faces when I go. The quality of the food is A+.When you see how much you get you think it's not gonna be enough but I promise you you will get full. Read more

I had an amazing experience at this Chick-fil-A! We had come closer to closing hours and I had ordered a cookies and cream... shake. They had said they were out initially but Gisselle took the initiative to ask if there was more in the back even though Isaid it was okay and there fortunately was! I appreciate the effort and kindness she showed tonight and for making my night!This is why Chick-fil-A is the best because they have an amazing staff! Read more
