It's a pretty good location. I go here almost every week at some point. Their drive thru is very long (lots of cars fit) and... efficient. Today was a fluke in that I ordered a salad with no blue cheese, but it seems like they just took it off, not well.So know that your salads are not fresh and they will be handled after they've been plated in the plastic containers. Morning manager for 10/7 was no help. I placed a order on the app before leaving home and i arrived at 1030 when i walked into... the store it was 1032 so my order was cancelled, i tried to explain to the cashier and the manager stated they had no nuggets tocomplete my order and breakfast had ended anyway. Two minutes? meanwhile it took 25 minutes to drive over there just for myorder to get cancelled and get no help. CFA is known for awesome customer service today was definitely not that experienced atall. Funniest thing the nuggets were served right after as lunch, but couldn?t get me the 4 i had placed for breakfast.. Read more

I stopped here for breakfast, and to expedite the process I placed a mobile order. I didn?t realize I had my bank card blocked.... When I got to the window the woman told me she was canceling my order because she didn?t know what was going on with my card. Iasked her not to because I was unblocking my card. 2 minutes didn?t even pass before I started to feel the entire window staringat me. I asked them would they like me to move due to their impatience. I was told yes when their was only one car behind me,the point of drive thru pick up is so I don?t have to get out my vehicle. I went inside, and my order was still cancelled, andhad to be rung up again. Originally I ordered the biscuit meal with a normal drink, but wanted a large water. I didn?t have timeto change it. I pray for patience for those workers! For me to see irritation on their faces shouldn?t be acceptable. Read more

I have never had a problem with the food there but this time I got a fly or some kind of animal in my salad i feel gross now

This location is so horrible. They always forget something in my order or give me the wrong thing. They?ve given me old hash... brown to where they literally looked like they were sitting there all day. The box they were given in were literally soggy fromhow longer they were sitting there. I tired to exchange the hash browns at a different location because I don?t live near thatlocation & I wasn?t given new hash browns. The picture I taken wasn?t even 15 minutes after receiving my food. The hash brownsnever look like this & are always crispy not soggy! They very unorganized & the staff is so slow they forget everything. Anyother chick fil a I?ve been too is amazing except this location. I don?t know why their so unorganized. Read more
