In drive thru, I just ask that they napkin the ice cream cone b4 picking it up. And every time. Even at different locations, ... the staff drops the ball and I request a new ice cream. The crew members thumb or index finger be all touching my cone. So now Ihave too go inside to get my cone. Haven't been to any location in a while. Cuz I brought my own ice cream and cones. Read more
So I been living in this area over 5 years and this is by far my favorite location ever. My food is always fresh, and they staff... always have amazing attitude very kind and pleasant. The atmosphere is kid friendly and always clean. My kids love it here theyhave amazing team work. The supervisor and managers are always ready to assist and even when they have a crowd rush they stillget you in and out within 10 minutes. Terrible customer service. Do not order a catering order from this location. The employee that delivered my order did not help... unload any items instead stood there with his arms folded. When I asked if he could help he said ?do you need help?? Definitelynot Chick-fil-A like. Also none of my sauces were delivered with the meal only small sauce packages. When I spoke with themanager after the incident I was promised a 20% refund which she lied about as well. Terrible experience especially afterspending over $500 on food. Read more

This was my first visit to this location. The outside was tidy and well-maintained. The staff were courteous and efficient. My... order was served promptly and was delicious. I ordered a grilled nuggets meal with the Cloudberry Sunjoy. The only issue Iencountered was a small one which was that there weren't any table numbers to enter for dine-in orders on the app; a managerexplained that the numbers went away due to COVID.
