Chick fil a is always on point. The customer service is usually on top. However Briana needs to stay in training a little... longer. I tried to ask her questions about an item I don't always order. She was short and to the point. When it came time topaying. I had to ask her to be patient as I was pulling up the app. After she scanned my app she then demanded payment. I wastaken back bc usually the app is charged or at least I am given an option which she never gave to me. As I'm pulling my phoneback out to reopen my app I notice the register says 0.00. She then goes on to tell me I'm fine we are good. I know it's hardfinding good help these days however people like Briana is sub par for a company like this. Read more
I loved the service I received from Angelica, she was kind and helpful when we ordered and then she even came to our table to... check everything was good with a big smile (which I loved). I enjoyed my stopped at this Chick Fil A, since the service I gethere is totally different from the service I get from other fast food restaurants, this really makes it special and do thetrick, Chick Fil A should get more employees like Angelica. We ordered catering for this past Saturday and had a fairly large order. When I went there, the manager was extremely helpful... even as the restaurant was busy when I came in. He even checked in as I was waiting for a second order my wife ordered andensured everything we ordered was fresh. Amazing service and top knotch manager and team. Read more
Honestly I absolutely loved everyone!!!!! It?s my husbands birthday and asked the manager if they do anything for birthdays &... they went way above my expectations! Really good location and nice and friendly people, just the wait time sucks sometimes and isn't accurate when putting arrived.... Takes longer to get the food and they get behind and only have 30 min for my lunch break. Wish there was a way to make it easierif I'm ordering ahead and it still isn't ready when I get there. Very convenient location and food is always good and on pointdon't have many issues with accuracy either. Would definitely recommend if your not on a time crunch. Read more
Waited in curbside but no one came. I had to get out and go inside. When I told them, no one even said, I?m sorry. There were... too many people working in there for me to be left outside. Then, come inside and my food is still not ready. What is the pointof ordering ahead, especially when you are on your lunch break? This is not the 1st issue that I?ve had at this location. Read more
