To begin, I've never had a issue at this location, came to redeem my points for spicy chicken sandwich and other items but... manager Christine told me that the spicy chicken cost more then the regular chicken sandwich which is true but on redeem pointsthey are both 600pts..didn't argue with her, so when the other waiter brought me my order I showed her on app where redeempoints are the same, I watched her go back and tell Christine what I said and she looked back at me and her exact words was "Idon't care", I was shocked at her response especially here at my favorite location Read more
Went thru 9/27/22 at the drive thru Lady was rude and not friendly at all. She added items that i didnt order and when telling... the girl at the window i didnt order those items she gave me attitude. I asked for cfa sauce and there was none in the bag.Seriously? This is not cfa quality service. I always have issues at this location, go to a different one. Read more
Ordered a Cobb salad(it comes with chicken) just for them to not put the chicken on the damn salad. All I had was grass to eat.... Just crazy. That was the second time I asked them to correct the order?. Read more
I Love Chick-fil-A but this location it?s the worst I have ever been to. The staff it?s not friendly, the cleaning lady was... yelling at us because we seated in an area supposedly closed but there was no sign or anything that said it was closed. UsuallyI am satisfied with the quality and service at Chick-fil-A. However today I was quite disturbed and unsatisfied with myexperience. One of the workers had decided to close off 70% of the dine in space in order to have an easier job and not worryabout cleaning after guests. So as a result I was forced to eat right next to numerous other guests. This same worker had a fitabout a couple sitting in a closed section, so much so, she went around to numerous other employees expressing her commands totell every single customer coming in the restaurant where they can and cannot sit. Lazy employees should not force guests whereto sit when the rest of the restaurant is open. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restrooms were appallingly. Instead ofbeing concerned about where guests should sit, that employee should have been cleaning the restroom. Read more

i ordered drive-thru. asked for a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese. all i got is cold buns, cold cheese, wet lettuce and... tomatoes and 2 small pieces of bacon. i guess they forgot my piece of grilled chicken! this is ridiculous. i don?t live aroundthe corner and do not have time to drive back. such a waste of $12. sucks when you?re starving!! STAY AWAY. DRIVE TO ANOTHER Chick-fil-A!!!!!! Bad food, extra charges! Had so many issues with quality of the food. I called the... manager Christine Nguyen and talked for 15 minutes but NEVER received an apology for poor quality and my account being chargedfor items I never ordered or received. I was never explained why the food quality is bad and why someone in restaurant uses myaccount for items. Pictures show 12 pieces chicken nuggets where 9 are nuggets and the rest are crumbs. This is my last time patronizing this location. I went to the Cutten Rd location on 11/29 @11:58am and ordered a Cobb salad... without cheese blend. (I am allergic to cheese). As i stood there, the cashier advised the salad could not be modified. (I havenever experienced this before) I was confused by her statement, and asked her to repeat what she said. Then I asked what shemeant, because I DO NOT eat cheese. The cashier reiterated that the salad could not be modified!!!! I am even more confused bythis exchange because the Chick-fil-A app ask if there are dietary restrictions, yet this location will not honor the customerrequest.
