It seems like even the great Chick-fil-A is faltering in customer service. I bought chicken tenders yesterday, only to start... eating them. They were old and looked like they were sitting under a warming light. When I drove back to complain, the employeetried at first to say that it was normal , but did attempt to make it right by making some fresh tenders. Even though theyweren't up to the standard I'm used to having, I still walked away feeling disappointed. Stopped by for late lunch; glad that dine-in was avaialble and it wasn't busy. Had a sandwich meal, a nugget meal and also an... icedream cone. Service was fast and friendly.
