It seems like even the great Chick-fil-A is faltering in customer service. I bought chicken tenders yesterday, only to start... eating them. They were old and looked like they were sitting under a warming light. When I drove back to complain, the employeetried at first to say that it was normal , but did attempt to make it right by making some fresh tenders.
