Last week I ordered a meal on the mobile app and when I went to pick it up a staff member argued with me the order never went... through. I didn?t have time to go back and forth with anyone about my order although I showed that it did in fact go through Ithen paid with cash again meaning I paid twice for one meal. Fast forward to today I did a mobile app order and when I arrivedit went through on my end but not on their end according to the staff. So I asked could someone please look at the systembecause clearly it?s an issue. The team lead was very nice and helpful however the manager Pamela not once looked up or evenattempted to come assist in this matter. She simply said to her lead if it doesn?t show up then she doesn?t get her order sayingit loud enough for myself and the order guest to hear it?s was humiliating. It was bad enough I had to pay twice last week andthen for it to happen again today was disappointing and to not have the manager to at least try to see what the problem was verysad. I refuse to pay twice today so I had my order cancelled. This was very unprofessional on Pamela?s part because it couldhappen to someone else so why not try to figure out what is the problem before it happens again. Read more
Customer service needs improvement.. The manager kept asking where Andrew was over and over even though i was trying to order my... food. The employees don't seem to like to help each other out.. One of the guys was trying to fill the ice up and asked the guyat the register to open the door and he actually told him no and walked off.. They failed to give me my sauces, how am I supposed to eat Chik-fil-a WITHOUT chik-fil-a and Polynesian sauces?! This a... travesty for my family, dinner has been ruined. Also, the buns were stale and I received no straws, which of course adds to mynegative experience. Please do better. Read more
Fries were burnt and there was a hair cooked into my chicken nuggets ????
Not great listeners. I ordered a kids meal with the 5 piece chicken nuggets. Apparently fries aren?t included anymore. I also... ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with ONLY lettuce and American cheese, and got a regular chicken sandwich with no cheese, andwith tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles. On a positive note, they selected the right beverage from the dispenser. Read more
I can?t believe I have to say this? but my fries were unsalted, cold and soggy. And I didn?t receive the BBQ sauce or ketchup... that I requested, I drove away and there?s no sauce in my bag! C?mon Chick-fil-A, do better than this! Read more
