The employees at this location are extremely rude and seem to hate their job. It?s no where near the chick fil a customer... service experience you get else where (And I?ve been here a few times already). When I said thank you, they literally stoodquiet and gave me the whatever attitude. The food quality is also lacking. I rather drive a few extra miles and go to the DairyAshford location. Read more

This happened just now 8/25. Even though, I repeated my Cobb salad order 4 times, the window clerk gave me the wrong order. I... asked twice for a light Italian dressing. We visit chick-fil-a almost daily. My toddler loves to play in the playroom. The one concerning this is the heavy door to the... playroom. That door was not designed with little kids in mine! Yes, I?ve voiced my opinion to the manager but nothing has beenfine as of yet. Read more

I have been coming to this Chickfila for a long time and I have watched how it goes through highs and lows, but this time it... deserves a review. I went in through lobby because drive thru was so long. I placed a simple order on app before heading towork. I waited and waited for my order and no one said anything. After 20 min of waiting, I asked why so long and she now tellsme that they are waiting on chicken nuggets. Well you would think they would have said something instead of just leaving methere waiting. I had to leave because I was on my way to work and I was still late for food I never got. I called and told themto refund the order and they put me on hold 3 times. Finally the last girl said they took care of it and hung up. They stillcharged my account. I reported it to the so called Chickfila cares and Heather sent me back this generic response that theywould report it to the manager there. Nothing was done. I have supported this Chickfila over the years since it's closest to myhouse but the service there with the new people is terrible. Totally disappointed for the builders of Chickfila to have thistype of legacy. Their service was always meant to exceed expectations and they are not doing that. Read more

Love this location- Chickfila is easily my #1 favorite fast food place. I would suggest that the operator for this location... offers more than just free delivery for random rewards at this location that are received via email. Other CFA locations emailtheir customers offers on menu items and/or sometimes free treats. I never see that here- only free delivery Read more

I had placed an online order for delivery at 4:51 and it had said that it would arrive at 6:40-6:55. No problem probably dinner... rush and need everyone at the store. Nope. 7:10 comes and still no food and on the app it still had said my order had beencreated. They haven?t even accepted it and I know that because they didn?t charge my card until the second phase. I had calledthem at 6:50 to see where they were and straight the voicemail. And I mean straight to voicemail. I called 7 times and everysingle time straight to voicemail. Finally around 7:15 they accept the order and at 7:30 they drive to deliver it and at 7:43they arrive. I was at work with my coworker, we both had no time to eat because they had took forever to actually accept andmake the order. We close at 9 and by 7:15 we start doing side work, I was not able to actually eat and enjoy a hot meal todaybecause of that, and the cherry on top is that both my coworker and I had half the fries in the container. I had got largefries and hers was a medium and it looked like someone ate half of the fries. So I mean what is the deal, why did it not onlytake so long to process the order, why would I wait two hours for the food, why didn?t y?all send an update, why did it go tovoicemail 7 times, and why did we only have half the fries. Incredibly disappointed in our order quality and customer experience. Ordered both a small AND large kale crunch salad (along... with a number one and two cobb salads). The kale crunch salads were such a disappointment- they didn't even fill up half thecontainer! We went through drive thru, so I had to pull around and park to get inside the store and chat with someone. I wastold ALL the kale crunch salads were weighed in advance and they were all the same. They shrugged, said sorry, threw it away andhanded me an identical one from the fridge. I told them I was concerned for paying for a 3/4 empty container, and mentioned thatthe other chick-fil-a's I've visited have a more plentiful version. I asked they fill it to the top. They said no and offered arefund. I don't want a refund, I desire you to appropriately fill your containers with the food I pay for. No other item on themenu gets neglected like this. Either purchase smaller containers or fill up the ones you get - it just looks sad. Come on.Presentation is everything. The worst part- the manager didn't even care. His apology was simply to get me out, he didn't evenacknowledge what I was telling him. He just threw my salad away and handed me an identical one. Which just made me more upset,because I would have rather just had both... since two of them equals half a container.
