How can you screw up an order that?s salad and fries? Came home and my order is missing one salad. Called and they said to pay... again and I will get reimbursed. It?s always some mixed up at this location and I am thankful they have yet not mixed up withfood that I?m allergic of. No fork and dressing for a non-existent salad. This does not make sense. It is truly amazing how Chick-fil-A handles customer service. Either in-store or drive-through, the experience is always... pleasant. The staff is always happy that it really helps change your mood as well. I love this place and it is one of the fewthat never gets my food wrong, and really appreciate the "frustration free" service they offer. Read more
I came here on my birthday last week with my wife and daughter and this place was not clean. My wife literally had to grab... napkins and clean off a table for us because almost every table had food pieces on them or some sauce that was dropped from theprevious customers. We did have to ask for sauce that was not placed in our bag, and they got the cheese wrong on my sandwich,which luckily was something I was fine eating. I usually do not leave bad reviews unless absolutely necessary. It never fails that this location gets my order wrong. I?ve... ordered a salad on two separate occasions and they didn?t give me a fork or dressing. I got all the way back to work and ate adry salad. I?ve gone in the mornings before work and service takes a long time even if only two people in line. Today, wentthrough the drive thru and ordered a spicy sandwich with a lettuce bun, added pepper jack cheese and they gave me my order on abun. The sweet young man in the drive thru even verified my order and it was correct. Luckily I?m not allergic and can take thebun off. After reading other reviews, I see that this is an on going issue. This place just gets worst and worse. Last week NO fries but they still charge full price. They claim they don't, but the only... difference is $.50 per meal. I asked for a receipt and they say it's in my bag. They claimed the receipt is my ordernumber. Today found a hair in my wrap. Read more
I don?t know about all the negative reviews but they took my order and then I had to place another one before I go to the window... and they did it no problem!! All the orders were correct and with all the condiments and everything!! Well done !!! Read more
Sorry i dont normally do this but this is the third time receiving hair in my order. Is this a stem from lack of carelessness... from the owner? Not sure but stop hiring people with no common sense and no sense of sanitation. ordered two kids meals and twooriginal spicy sandwiches only, no meal. My sons medium fries had a large piece of hair. I want to give a shout! I went in for the free CFA on 08/20/22 and I was ready to stand in line and wait a long time. I even... told the kids they can play as long as they want. The line of cars outside was overwhelming but I was very shock to go in andout in 15 minutes. There was barely any wait to order food. It was crowded with people for sure. But they had tons of staffthere working and they were also cleaning nonstop with wipes. You never fail to satisfy me and my family! Keep up the good work! Read more
