This is the closest chikfila by my house. Even though the food is the same as others, good over all. About the past 5 times I?ve... gone they?ve continuously missed something from my order. I used to think I did not have to look into my bag bc I knew that theywould make sure I had everything. Now I?m going to have to take a few extra minutes since I always get home and something ismissing. Fries to meals, sauces, desserts, you name it, missing. Good experience. As I was ordering my usual 3 chicken sandwiches I needed to take a masive dump. As I walk in the males restroom... I hear sounds of pleasure coming from one of the stalls. There where two women haveing passionate Intercourse. I was so turnedon by their sounds I asked to join and by my surprise the said yes. As we finished ans walked out I remembered I had to poop. About a month ago I ordered my meal thru the app. I arrived to the chickfila and I tell them I have a mobile order. The staff... then reads my order to me. However, a few minutes later another staff member states that the previous staffs device over heated.So I tell him that I have a mobile order. I pull up to the drive thru window and I am told that my order is not found? I waitedabout 20 minutes while a staffed tried to look for my order. After those 20 minutes of not being able to find it they give me myorder that still appeared on my app. I loved how they handled it! Food was good, although I don't understand why they stopped adding mayo and do not give you the condiments you asked for. Sure,... getting through the line in a quick pace is nice, but it's like the food is made for everyone and not your own order. Reallydisappointed in this new "way," of service. Read more
I am absolutely disappointed and upset. Very upset!!! Chick-fil-A's food is overrated!! I asked my husband to please get me some... Chick-fil-A, he doesn't usually go there at all, but he order a #2, the spicy chicken burger and made it a large. When I openedthe bag and got items out I just couldn't believe the that he spent $12.65 for a dry, chicken and bun burger and a 3/4 full"large" fries with a drink.! This burger has NO condiments, no lettuce or tomato, only two small pickles. Only ranch packs wereadded to the bag. What is the deal with the dry burgers and underfilled fries????? This is probably my last order fromthere. Not all people go there, or often, why would you (Chick-fil-A) assume that customers know they will get dryburger?? Even McDonald's adds lettuce and sauce to the $1 chicken burger!! Read more
Awesome experience !!! Must have been greeted by 5+ people as soon as we walked in !! Customer service was at its best !! Food... was delivered quickly and tasted fresh !! Every time I go to this location, they do not fill the fries up, I?m paying for a large and getting a medium actually. If I... order a medium, they do the same thing and don?t fill it up. I ONLY have this issue at THIS location!!! They never include sauceor straws in the bags either. I have had this issue the past 5-10 times I order from this location. I was recently at the chick-Fil-A on Wallisville. I want to say out of all the times I?ve gone through the drive thru my food... always been correct. This time they messed up my order and on top of all?.. The Little girl that was taking my order was rudeand looked sick and was coughing while taking my order. As I pulled up to get my order. I asked to talk to the manager about thesituation and the male manager was very blunt said yeah I?m the manager?.. ( that?s a nice way to introduce yourself) afterexplaining what happen in the drive thru. Manager said Okay and keep moving on ? didn?t ask me who the teammate is and to takecare of the situation? just said ?okay ? so I hope they take physical health serious ?.. wow what?s the core values of thischain ??
