The food is great and service is typically good, and they regularly mess up on our drive thru orders. They've forgotten a soup... once, salad this last visit, and a sandwich a separate visit. Customer service at this location was some of the best customer experience I have ever had in my life. The staff here seem to... be trained to the quality of the highest level in the restaurant business. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was super friendly,personable, attentive. Typically you have a single interaction at a 'fast food' establishment. (I hate comparing it to otherfast food places, as the staff compare with those that work in high end, fine dining establishments). However we were greetedby several staff members, had staff approach us whilst we ate to be of assistance. Then the manager came out to check in on usand was as friendly as they come. A round of applause to everyone at this location from top down for providing an experience,not just 'get your meal and get out'. You can tell that they truly care about being kind, friendly and going way above andbeyond what you would expect. Read more

Food is good but man they are getting a little slow. Chick-fil-A?s biggest boast is their efficiency and that is going slightly... south. May be due to the current job market and possibly being short staffed. Updated to Five star based on chicken minisalone. And the drive through has been rolling the last few days. And they did a fundraiser for the local intermediate school. Read more

I ordered large fries and got less then half a box I didn?t touch them and just noticed once I got home. I am so upset this is... the second time same location. And no there are none at the bottom of the bag. I love Chick-fil-A but this location sucks. Makesure to thoroughly check the bag. Read more

Our business was asked to give a lunch and learn for 15 people, so we decided to order from Chick-fil-A. We ordered a couple of... days ahead of time, a manager called us the day before to confirm everything. He was very friendly, He asked if there wasanything else we needed and offered us extra dipping sauces. The food was delivered right on time, and the driver was also veryfriendly and helped us set everything up. everyone there loved the food, which definitely helped our presentation to go well! This was our first time giving a lunch and learn, but if we need to do another one in that area, we know who to call! Read more

Yesterday I went through the drive-thru and they forgot one of my main order items. Today I went inside to pick up breakfast... order to go. I checked the bag before I left and one main item ordered again was missing. I told the employee and she gave methe item. Everything else appeared okay. When I got home, what was supposed to be chicken minis ended up actually being chickennuggets. In my experiences, more times than not there are problems with my orders here. It is very frustrating. The typical chick-fil-a we all know and come to love. Except this one was a little bit slower than what I was used to. Don?t... know if organizational planing was off, but it was super busy and probably 5-8mins slower than most. Maybe that?s why?. Anyway,same great food, same price, same everything except a little slower. Read more
