Food is usually pretty good. The staff has been great lately. But their prices are not reasonable. Maybe it's because there... is always a bunch of employees on staff. Other than the basic chicken sandwich I can't even recommend anything much from listbelow. Grilled sandwich is usually pretty thin and slightly dry, salads are too high, Mac & cheese is good but not worth the upcharge...I can go on. Read more
Good and relatively fast in the mornings. Like all of the area Chick-fil-A locations, I feel like the quality of service has... gone down pretty significantly. But I'm not there to hear people say "my pleasure," I'm there for slightly better than averagefried chicken breast. Third time being to this chick fil a location since moving here. This is by far the slowest one I ever been to! And then in... drive through there was one female taking ordered from Line2 while I was still sitting in line 1 . Over 6 people skipped in line. Even when there was no one left in lane 2 she just stood there looking at us. Read more
Many of my complaints mirror those mentioned by others, so I will avoid repeating them. However, I will say that this is the... only CFA who has consistently dropped the ball with regard food preparation and customer requests. Because I believe in givingeven restaurants a little bit of grace when they mess up, I chose to visit several times beyond the point of my dissatisfaction.Today was the final straw, however. ordered and payed my breakfast before @10 am in app. When I get it was 10:15 it was a line in drive thru and the car in front of... me took so long. I told the employee my name for online order and she said, ok, then when I get to the window they told me theydo not have breakfast any more.. what?? Really? It was not my fault and my order was already placed, also it is raining so nocurbside, I get it, but What is the point to order online and pay ? It means you will pick your order.
