My family loves chick Fil A and we go at least once a week. I gave it 4 stars because I'm sure they can do better in cleaning... the place and tables and hopefully I will give it five stars next time. Read more
I encourage always checking your order when purchasing from this location. The staff are nice and it never takes too long to... receive your order. I went this morning and had to drive back after two items were missing. I made the mistake of not checkingthe items I did receive and did not notice it came with cheese when I asked for it to be taken out. Unfortunately, you can?ttake the cheese out of the hashbrown bowl since it?s melted so I couldn?t eat it. (In the past, they have forgotten saladdressing and toppings as well.) At that point, I was annoyed and didn?t want to drive back so moving forward, I will be checkingbefore driving off and encourage others to do so. EDIT on 8/3: Went back for the bowl and ordered it without cheese and ofcourse, there was cheese :-) I?m no longer visiting this location. Read more
Had dinner here today Kimberly took my order she was nice Flavio I think was he?s name was cleaning non stop while I was there... kept the place looking nice ???????? I cannot believe that I went through what I went through. For the second I don?t eat meat and had meat in my food. I asked the... gentleman in the drive through To repeat my order twice and he did. My house is 15 min away from my from Chick-fil-A when Irealized that they put chicken in my food. So I had to drive 15 min back to this location and complete lost it. Me being anirate customer I was very upset that one one the manger did not diffuse the situation but instead got loud back with meaggressively. If it was not for the general mgr Kenya Anglin I would have taken this to corporate but she diffused the situationbut it dose not change the fact that the mgr was yelling at me.
