Walked up to order food, not only did I have to walk the drive-thru(I'm a truck driver), the outside tables were nasty. I asked... 3 separate times for a rag to clean the table where I'm gonna sit. No can do. I asked the manager the second time, he goes,"aww, come on man, their outside". I said so, they still need to be wiped. They absolutely refused to wipe the tables or evenlet me. This food here is disgusting! Order a 5 piece garlic parmesan wing and, it was greasy as hell. It didn't taste like garlic at... all. All it tasted like was nasty old grease. Been here before during afternoon hours and food was good so I return today 3/5/22 around 7:30pm and placed an order from the... app, was told my order wasn?t ready so pull to the front. I ordered the family bundle and it didn?t give me the option to addsauce for the chicken bites, the worker brings out the food and my husband asked for sauce so she goes back in and out comes themanager saying next time he?s charging for the dipping sauce I?m looking confused because who want dry chicken bites?? This place looks great from the outside, but due to COVID-19, you cannot eat at the outdoor tables. I went through the drive... thru late this night. The lady taking my order was nice. This place never has anything ready. You have to wait 10-20 min for wings everytime I go. The staff is not friendly and if you... want any customization on a meal you can forget it.
