Very bad customer service and zero acknowledge about the offers on the app offers . I was looking to enjoy the offer but one and... get one free and the lady on the cashier keep ask me you need 2 sandwich. As I know she should ask what is your second sandwichyou want not telling me you mean you need 2 sandwich . Always forget my fries and this is number 4 forgetting my fires . Then Ichange my order because the lady in the cashier also the way she talk to her manager to talk with me is very disrespectful sinceI don't know who is the manager . He should introduce him self . Very bad customer service . The only lady really so helpful andvery nice I don't know what her name she always on the fryer and she is really nice and need to be the manager . In my opinionthis location should close before the open with this customer service . I just went there and got a combo and only left with my sandwich and milk shake. I've tried calling the numbers both given... online and on the receipt and neither of the numbers work that is an issue. The lady that took my order was very nice andprofessional so her service was great. I don't know where I am on if I will ever go back or not the sandwich was ok. Read more
I stopped by here on the way home and picked up a philly cheese steak togo. I got home and took one bite and had to spit it out... due to the extreme amount of salt that they put on my sandwich. I tried calling first before writing a review but the number onGoogle in not in service, and I threw away my receipt as I was walking out the door. Horrible quality! They gave me fries that tasted and looked like they were sitting for an hour. Stale and dry. The nerve! So I... ask for fresh fries and these came out darker than I?ve ever seen this company?s fries! This photo was AFTER the bubbling greasedrained from the fries they handed me. POOR oil.
