I was in Walmart and I hadn?t eaten anything so I decided to get Charleys since it?s right in the store. First off I waited in... line over 20 minutes just to have my order taken. I placed my order at 6:16 and didn?t receive my food until 6:35. I ordered thebasic small chicken with with fry and everything on my Philly including grilled banana peppers. I received a chicken Philly withmeat and cheese only. Where is my lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and banana peppers. My mother order the same thing as me and theygave her a beef Philly with grilled jalapeños and she didn?t order that. This is not a good location. The wait time isextremely long, the staff moves very slowly and they are unorganized. If you have almost an hour to wait for a simply Philly andsmall fry then go right ahead and place your order. Never have eaten at a Charlie's before I decided to try it cuz I was doing some shopping at Walmart and so I ordered the... smallest size cheesecake since that's what their famous for and it was only mediocre and edible nothing that I would be like ohmy God that's like the best cheese steak I ever had. This place reads like a bad marriage. Skimming through the reviews before coming here I had some mixed feelings but I said the... heck with it and let?s see what Charleys is really about. Let me tell nothing to write home about. Walking up there?s no one atthe counter. One person on the grill cooking and some other female employees standing in back on their phones. Stood there forabout 4 minutes before someone did approach me. I did tell them it was my first time here to which they showed no concern tohelp or explain the menu and how it works. Yea it?s just Philly cheesesteaks but having someone explain some things would?vebeen nice. So I place my order and spend over 17 on a large Philly with friends and a lemonade. I head back to the office and myorder is completely wrong. Tried calling the store multiple times and no picks up. So to shorten the story. I doubt I?ll ever beback. The lack of customer service the cleanliness of the store and the incomplete order. All signs point to no. Read more

Worst place ever!!! The staff is so rude. I?ve given the location a few chances every time it?s just people standing around with... one person working. I hear the music going and it?s nothing but N word this and N word that cussing through out the restaurantas well. When asked to speak to the manger I was told look he don?t care what we do. So telling him won?t matter. Afterspeaking with the manager who told me his name was Johnny ?that it?s hard to control staff in this day in age when we arehurting we have to let things slide? I asked him for his bosses number to better resolve this issue which he did refuse. I hopethis place closes. The hype of this place is dead. Read more
Who even works here? The place is gross and dirty. After handling cash they go straight to making food. They don?t wash their... hands before putting on gloves. Defeats the whole reason for gloves. I see one guy work the rest standing around eating anddrinking up front. Manager up in the front laughing with staff with line of customers. When I asked him for his name he rustedto give it to me was told he isn?t required to give out his name. Speaking with someone at Walmart they me his name was John.The reviews keep getting worse. It's just ok. The sad part is I probably won't go back... It's missing something that I cannot put my hands on. This place has... potential, but.... I really don't know what it is missing. Maybe the love of cooking the food, Maybe it's to clean decor. Aphilly cheese steak is a messy sandwich. Meat, bell pepper,and mushrooms should be falling off the sandwich when I take my firstbit. The clean decor from the outside look of the building, and Inside looks really nice. It draws me in, but the expectationfor a messy sandwich is what I'm expecting. Maybe the QUALITY of meat, Quality sirloin, season on the meat ( salt, pepper,paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, marjoram, and basil) (placing it in a small bowl, and then Placingthe beef in a large bowl next sprinkling the seasoning mixture over top and stir to coat) caramelized onions, red, green andyellow bell peppers sitting in a corner on the grill charred waiting for me to order them, QUALITY stringy mozzarella cheese,QUALITY mild or sharp provolone, a QUALITY Marinara sauce, marinade meat, nice grilled buttered hoagie bun... I really don'tknow. I'm just rambling, and thinking ????????. I hope they figure it out because I really want to like this place. (20 minslater) I had to come back. The cups are too nice. I don't need nice looking cups with the store logo. The fountain drinks wereflat. The sandwich is too pretty, and gives me a little spread cheese on the bun not too much just a little. The menu holds meat the register too long. Give me more pictures and less words. They are giving more Subway feel, and not a Philly feel. Give mea food truck feel. Now that is where you get some great Philly cheese steaks. Train the crew on a food truck, maybe that is it.Again I'm just thinking ???? Read more
