We went through the drive through on a Friday evening. The service was below average but not terrible. Frozen strawberry... margarita was good. I got the guacamole chalupa and was very disappointed. It was just a heap of guacamole on a hard flattortilla with no seasoning or other toppings except a small amount of cheese. 10/08/2022 - CAUTIOUS: 2nd time Food Poisoning. I will NEVER eat from here again. First time ever getting food poisoning. I was... miserable! This used to be my to go to spot. The food was usually fresh and good. With the to go Margarita?s esp late night.Last night, my fiancé and I brought food (2 tacos and quesadillas and some drinks) there. Upon biting into the quesadilla, Inoticed a substantial amount of cheese. I barely ate a whole piece and ate around the dense cheese part. Wasn?t feeling it so Iate the steak taco instead. 15 mins later, I started feeling strange. This overwhelming feeling came over me and started to feelnauseous and light headed. Let me spare you of all the details. That was the worst night I?ve had. I was throwing up and goingall night. Fever and headache. I couldn?t keep anything down. I was miserable. This is not the first time, my fiancé ate fromthere a couple months ago and had mild food poisoning reaction compared to mine. I assumed it was probably something he hadearlier that day. I believe it may have been from the cheese however, it could have been from the steak as well. Point is,this is the second time and I?m still recovering. A couple months ago, I googling Chacos location for the address and it read business closed. It?s been corrected now however, ever since the drive thru line has been short and much more manageable thanbefore. The line used to be wrapped around the restaurant. Wonder if something happened. I hadn?t been to Chachos in a while and now I know why. The food is not what it used to be. Drive thru food in a box, well... cheese soaks through the box. The foil on top of my food must have been garnish. SMH ??????????? Read more

Terrible customer service. They expect you to pay for their mistakes because it's convenient for them. I looked at my receipt... and saw they put no beans, which was incorrect. I called several times while waiting at the window to let them know immediately, but got no answer. When I mentioned it, he said he wants to put it on top. I don't want it on top and I politely expressedthat. The manager rolled his eyes and closed the window. I made it to work, opened my orders and it was STILL wrong. Verydisappointing. They won't even answer the phone to make it right. Read more

The shredded chicken tacos are amazing. The lines are long and now I understand why, because the food is great. The drinks are... strong and to go. The staff could be a little bit more friendly, but I'll keep coming back because the food is great. Read more

After a night of bar hopping, I was told that this was the place to grab a bite to eat. I'm so happy I listened. This was the... best taco ever and the chicken fajita nachos took 2 days to finish... I'll definitely be back and would recommend to many. Read more

Food is usually awesome. Customer service not so much. Speaker in lane 2 goes out. Instead of putting customers in the order... they were in they just tell them to back up and go to lane 1. Which means the person at the front of the line becomes dead last.Then when you try to explain to the gentlemen taking your order he doesn't even listen to what you have to say and totally blowsyou off. Gives some excuse about lane 1 goes faster. It might go faster in theory but not when you put the person in the frontof the line in the back. So neither speaker works it seems. After finally reaching the window, the cashier doesn't know myorder. I asked for the manager...didn't show. Just opened my food...I hate the drive thru! I am not even sure these wings aredone! $15+ Read more
