We waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers and chicken strips. The chicken strips were so small. I had never seen any that small before.... They looked more like nuggets. The fries were overly crunchy and the burger needed more sauce. They were out of tea and didn'twant to give me a refund. The lady in front of me had the same issue and she only ordered 2 burgers. After waiting 40 minutesthe cashier came to tell us they were about to start cooking our burgers. This place is horrible. Never come here! Itsdefinitely not "fast gourmet food." I asked one of the workers for mayo and mustard and he walked around forever doing randomthings til i got his attention a second time. He had the manager bring it to me. I had to spread it with my fingers as therewasnt a utensil for me. My husband even tipped them after we ordered our food being the nice guy he is and now we regret goingin the first place. Dont ever come here! So many customers were annoyed while waiting. The cashier also caught an attitude withanother customer. Cant say enough to avoid this place at all costs. We came because they have halal chicken but never again! Iwanted to ask for the owners number but they probably wouldn't have given it to me. Super overpriced food for horrendousservice. My son and I had lunch today at the Willowbrook location. The food was GREAT! I had the Angus beef burger, french fries and a... drink. The burger and fries were so GOOD. My son had the Hawaiian Salmon burger which he said was unlike any salmon he hadever had. On the downside, the young man who took our order had to also cook the food. He was very courteous, but he needssome help like someone to take the orders. I honestly think this restaurant serves food that is several cuts above the otherfood places in the mall and those outside the mall.as well.. Read more
Burger IM 1/9/2021 Received Food 30 minutes late.. cold, buns soggy, no refund .. spent $29.38 Manager was rude and... disrespectful , not wanting to help or give customer service, there were customers that had been waiting for their food. When Icomplained he told me that he would have to put our order back in line in order for it to come back out as if we weren?tpriority..... It?s Saturday but light traffic ... not willing to give the proper info for the company... asked for the corporatenumber and also policy information about the refunds... They took their time remaking the food! Now I see why the locations areclosing !! Do not go here!! They do not understand that word of mouth is important, the quality and service is unacceptable! I absolutely love this place. I had zero expectations and the food took me off guard. I ordered the salmon burger with pineapple... and the spicier Mexican style burger for my husband with sweet potato fries. Unfortunately my husband never got his full burger???? because I just couldn't help myself! Both burgers were great and different from anything I've had. This place is alsoperfectly located if you're shopping or if you're like me and just want to grab food without trekking through the mall since ithas a door directly along side the parking lot! My fries and onion ring carton was half filled. I asked about it and was told that?s how they do it. I thought the burgers... would be bigger. I was never given cups for my drinks which i didn?t realize until i got home. Both burgers were over cooked.Muscles in my mouth hurting. I?ve gotten way better meals for 2 for $26. Had seen the "coming soon" sign here for a while and had been looking forward to getting burgers here in the mall. Was glad to... see the place was finally open. Got a Duo combo with Angus Beef and Salmon burgers and fries. Servers were really courteousand friendly. Food was very tasty and I especially liked the salmon. Atmosphere in the place is welcoming. Even during Covid-19 amongst the many closures in the Willowbrook Mall, Burger IM has survived the test of time. Not my first... time eating at the chain, this location is set up with a nice bar setting with many TVs showing sports channels. This makes thelocation feel more like a sports bar... I chose to sit at the bar and watch. The food took exactly how long the cashier toldme and interestingly enough they get your drinks for you because of Covid-19. Everything came out hot and fresh. I orderedthe crispy chicken burger slider and an angus slider with bacon cheese fries and a sprite. They do not use bacon bits, theyhave bacon that they cook to a perfect crisp while still keeping the flavor. The customer service is outstanding asking for therefills before I ask and they work as a team to fill any position as needed. Read more
I've been here twice; the first time they had no burgers. The second time, they did and they were rather expensive, about $15... for a meal. Being so expensive, I thought the burgers would be good, but they were underwhelming at best. My burger had rottenlettuce on it and tasted like a thick school burger patty. The fries were too salty to eat, and they gave me no ketchup. Not tomention, it took about 30-40 minutes for my order to be ready. It wasn't worth the time or money, and I'm not going here again.They also had tea as an option, but the machines were empty. Read more
