Placed and online order and when I got to the drive thru and no one answered. So I drove up and came to the window and told them... and they told me to come back around then took 12 minutes to give me my food and gave it to me rude. No thank you or sorry ornothing. Worst BK ever. Read more
This BURGER KING is the WORST?? Ordered the Big Fish sandwich and a Bacon double cheeseburger meal through the drive thru, got... home and was majorly disappointed ??.. The fish was OLD and NASTY with a very small piece of wilted lettuce in the center of thebun, a dollop of tartar sauce and 2 pickles. I called the restaurant to report the quality of the food that I received and theworker ask the cook where did he get the fish because I told her that it was old and nasty?he answered her and replied that hegot it out of the container??She told him that he should not have taken fish from the container but explained to me that hedidn?t know better?The food was purchased for my elderly parents? they both lost their appetites after hearing food was takenfrom a container that should not have been used?? This is honestly a terrible Burger King. Employees always full of disdain for their job with attitudes and slow service. Always... a ridiculously limited menu, and drinks never taste right. Unfortunately the location makes it the only convenient place for myparticular commute so I just keep coming back to more disappointment, but I certainly won't ever recommend it. Read more

I was there at 4:52 p.m. in the Drive-Thru I was the only customer in the Drive-Thru or the restaurant I ordered the sandwich... ask for cheese paid for the cheese I get back to work open up my sandwich to eat it there's no cheese. So I called the store tolet them know in the employee that answered the phone was like I can come into the drive-thru in the I mean the inside andthey'll give me cheese I'm like I'm already back at work and she was like okay and. I don't know about the rest of you peopleout in the world but when I spend my money that I've worked hard for and I called somebody to let them know that don't mean I'masking for something free that just means hey y'all need to pay attention to what y'all got going on. Awful customer service. Firstly I went through the drive-thru after ordering a mobile order and they said I had to come inside,... ok.. that's fine.. when I got in there they couldn't find my order. The manager was on the headset arguing with anothercustomer, the cashier seemed like she didn't care to find a resolution to my situation. After 3 other people ordered before me,the manager finally asked me (rudely) if she could see my phone (for the receipt) I showed her , after some uncomfortabledialogue she checked her past receipts, and saw that my order was there, one of the workers pulled the ticket, but didn't makeit or made it and ate it, either way, NEVER AGAIN.
