The lady on drive thru either needs to be in the back making sandwiches or not there at all . I had to scream my order multiple... times just because she couldnt hear me and then again because she couldnt understand me. I speak english so im so confused.All because I wanted a burrito without meat . Meaning no bacon , simple right ? Wrong! Pulled up and gave the rest of my orderat the window because she cut me off at the speaker. She forgot to give me items in my order so I had to drive back through andthen I asked for salsa for the burrito. I also had to repeat multiple times the word salsa so she would get it. Well I'm unable to complete the survey on the receipt because it's not clear enough. So order the double breakfast croissants... one bacon & sausage. Got to work didn't get the sausage croissant got a bacon biscuit. Which would have been okay, but thebiscuit was very toasted and hard. Horrible wait time! I paid for a large fry, still got a small. I didn't bother to ask for it because I'd already waited 20+... minutes in the line, stuck behind someone with no way to get out. Plus, I didn't want the young lady to touch anything, herfingernails were black and dirty! Read more
If you want your food in a timely manner, I?d pass this location up, I love placed mobile orders 15-20 minutes ahead several... times at this location and twice I?ve waited up to 10 minutes extra when I arrived to pick it up. Read more
The only fast food place that was open for dine in on that street at around 8pm. That was the only reason I gave it 4 stars... because the person taking my order was just playing games saying that he didn't have my order and then that it was under someoneelse's name. Liar. Tldr; Avoid this location. Got just about everything in my order wrong. Normally i would ask them to correct it, but it took... them so long to put out a wrong order, i just wanted to get out of there. Not only was it wrong, it somehow tasted worse thanusual. Don't go to this location, near to closing. No change last year 2020, 2021 even ridiculous. This location is still putting one... slice of unexceptable tomato on a Whopper. Should discontinue the slogan ( Have it your way at Burger King). The owner of thisparticular store just want your money. Not interested in correcting the problem, customer satisfaction. That's why l present acoupon for 2nd hand food, waiting to put the meat in microwave, fries put back in the hot oil which make them dark hard fries!Will locate another Burger King.
